5y ago  The 30 Day Challenge

I started working out (lifting and circuit training), and TRT (testosterone replacement therapy) on May 21st of this year. I weighed 165. I was VERY weak and had little endurance or stamina. At first, workouts were every Tuesday and Thursday at 7am for 1 hr. On August 10th, I added Saturday morning @ 7am for 1 hr, so 3xs a week. On September 12th, I began using creatine. Today I weigh 175, and the 10 lbs added is all muscle, which is saying a lot, considering I've never had much in the way of muscles. I am seriously considering NAD+ IV or SubQ therapy, and will decide one way or another by weeks end.

As a baseline, I started bench press flys with 20 lb dumbbells in each hand, to 25, and this week to 35 lbs each.
