@Notre_dame Stop doing all the cardio shit, just burns calories that you need for muscle growth and makes you want to eat more. If you want to stay lean, it’s going to be the combination of your workouts and substituting high calorie condensation food (like pasta, chocolate, other carbs...) with less calorie dense shit that’s going to help you lose weight/build muscle(Fats, protein, vegetables, fruit). I’m terms of calisthenics the only you need are squats pushups crunches and pull-ups, but I would say you still need to buy at least some weights. Curls for biceps, extensions for triceps, lateral raises/ overhead press shoulders, bent over row for back, shrugs for traps, pushups/db press for chest, abs you don’t really have to worry about because 80% of even seeing them is dependent on your fat%. Women really dgaf about lower body but still it’s good to train it for your own sake using whatever you’re weighting your cardio with. And go hard. To failure is the best way to go with building muscle. Basically, eat low calorie concentration food (drinking more water may help) along with protein and fat, then try and go to failure on the calisthenics and get good amounts of rest. I wish you the best bro, we’re all gonna get to where we want to be one day.

Let’s say you were in your second year of high school, you don’t have friends, you don’t talk to people, you’ve never had a girlfriend, etc. You’ve already established yourself like this - how would you turn all that shit around? In other words, What would you do in this situation knowing what you know now.
