I'm looking for out of the box recipe ideas! For me, I've been making hand-ripped Biang Biang Noodles for about 3 years now, and really recommend them with some chili sauce - a favorite of my husband and Is!
Here is the recipe!

What is the funnest recipe you like to cook? Pulling the noodles by ripping them handwise is so fun!

I enjoy the recipes I get to put my home grown herbs into. The fresh ones usually taste better and it makes me feel much more accomplished and domestic.
Other than that I'd say hungarian Goulash. My husband is hungarian so it's his favorite. I'm slavic so I think I'll try their version next.

Ooo, my husband is Hungarian! do you have a good recipe?

Most of the recipes online are good if you type in "authentic hungarian goulash". The key is to add at least 4 tablespoons of good quality paprika. If the recipe calls for less just double it. That's the Hungarian way lol! Amazon has a few brands of sweet Hungarian paprika, I like to mix that with some smoked because my hubs loves smoke flavor.
It's traditionally served with these homemade dumpling-like..things called nokedli but I use egg noodles. He's been begging me to make those though, so that's in the future.

My kids love making Vinegar Pie, it's fun to make and delicious. But they have so much fun asking their friends to have a slice of vinegar pie and seeing the looks on their faces and their reactions.

Omg, what is vinegar pie! I want to try it!

Just Google "Vinegar Pie Recipe". All the recipes are very similar. My grandmother used to make it. She said it was a pie that her mother and grandmother would make because they were very poor and fruit was expensive and vinegar was cheap.
It's a good pie, we make it 3-5 times a year.

I love making pierogis with my husband! I cook for him nearly all of the time (I enjoy it) but this is one recipe that means a lot for him to be involved too because it’s from his heritage and we hope to have our kids join in on the fun of making them from scratch one day too! I love traditional recipes that mean a lot to our families and will mean even more turning into traditions and memories for our own little family.

Oh, that is so sweet OK! My husband is Hungarian so I tried to make a Hungarian mushroom stew for him with PAPRIKA and it was so good! Do you have a pierogi recipe I could try? It's so sweet you will pass on your tradition to your kids!

https://polishhousewife.com/pierogi-ruski/ we love this recipe but usually also make some sauerkraut pierogis since they’re my husbands favorite, just mix a cup of sauerkraut with half a cup of sour cream for the filling! Sometimes we add in some diced mushrooms as well, it’s super good! I recommend this whole blog really she’s got some amazing authentic Eastern European recipes that are usually hard to find an English recipe for! Tons of amazing soups as well.

Ooooh, OK, thank you! this looks delicious, and I happen to have some sauerkraut!

I love making chicken alfredo penne pasta - it's soooo good! One of me and my husband's favorites!
Tbh he taught me that recipe lol; he actually cooks a lot more than I do (his dad is a chef at Hilton). And he's really into bodybuilding, so he always has to make sure to get his macros/calories perfect.
I'm still learning how to cook from him, but it can get kind of hard tbh

That's so wonderful Brave! Do you have a recipe you like? It sounds delicious! Hahhaha, a lot of my friends are bodybuilders, and they are the best cooks I know! Congrats to your husband!

I've been doing copycat Crumbl cookies and they're really fun to make, and look gorgeous on the counter.

I don’t know about fun per se, but I’ve been making breakfast stuffed bell peppers almost every day for about a month now, they’re just so good and so easy!
Cut a bell pepper in half, bake at 350 F for 15 minutes, then load it with a sprinkle of shredded cheese, crack an egg into it and top it with some sausage or bacon, then bake it for ~25 minutes and voila

Omg, my husband always makes those for me! So yummy! We are addicted to bell peppers! Thanks for sharing!
