EDIT- Woman not women in the title
There are women who like to brag about the number of male friends they have in order to convey that they 'get' men. That is a massive red flag. Eventually, she will almost always tell you that some of the guys have 'feelings' for her and had tried to hit on her. It is all about showing off how much male attention she gets and that she has other 'options'. Never play that game and battle for her attention. Better still, dump her.

If a woman has mostly male friends, it is a strong indicator of autism or some other sort of mental illness. Women typically display strong herd behavior, if she’s the odd one out, she probably got issues

This is important to understand.
There is a crucial distinction between "many male friends" and "mostly male friends" and I think I agree with you on the latter. In this case, it is a very different kind of red flag (or if you don't desire a normal girl then maybe not even a red flag at all).

Yes, there are a multitude of reasons women will have too many male friends but this isn't 100% by choice
A lot of women in this situation are in largely because they have a lot of highly problematic interactions with men that also rub women the wrong way.
These girls will be the one at the party that will abandon her female friends for an hour to talk to a guy, will be flaky on her chick friends, will flirt and entertain her female friends' male prospects (thus being saboteurs to her friends' dating happiness)
These girls are also generally very gosspy. Women hate them for a variety of reasons. They are the easiest girl in the room, guys will skip over all the other women to chat them up because they can sense the ease.
So, not only is a lot their "too many male friends" by choice but also by consequence
Women do not enjoy their company and thus the only friends they end up with large quantities of are either other destructive sluts, or primarily just men that want to get in their pants and/or men will relentlessly orbit them like sailors sailing towards sirens (mythological creature siren)
So yes, their choice to gravitate towards men is a red flag but imo what makes it a bigger red flag is that it's largely by consequence of their behaviors, not entirely choice
