Like the other guy said, what's the cost of not doing it?

The cure for inaction is action.
For example: today is a lifting day for me. I don't particularly enjoy picking up barbells and putting them back down, but I know that the cost of not doing it makes the effort worthwhile.
Will the sky fall if I don't lift today? No, and that's true every day, but if I use that as an excuse to not lift every day then I'll never lift at all... which means I would end up suffering the long-term consequences of never lifting.
Developing habits takes discipline. The good news is that doing the things that need doing becomes easier once they're habitual, so the bulk of the required discipline is front-loaded, which is when your motivation is highest.
For example, gyms are filled with fatties in January because they're all stoked about their, "New Year, New You" resolutions. Most are gone by the middle of February, but the ones who make it over the hump tend to stay.
Get off your bed and power through the slump until doing what you need to do becomes habitual.
