As much as I think you are possibly correct, I would prefer if we didnt associate certain negative characteristics to groups of people we disagree with. Might be the "norm" doesnt mean we have to follow it or have the other group's accusation be justified by acting the same way as them. I feel like you're judging your arguments based off the media, but we currently have a president in office who openly boasted about grabbing women by the pussy so I don't understand how anyone can consider moral high ground a winning strategy these days. Both sides refuse to play by the rules of morality and it seems like the masses don't want it either, regardless of what side you're on. This is not a problem of two sides reasoning with each other in good faith and trying to come to a rational agreement with each other! I want morality to be a winning strategy but looking at popular opinion on either side it's just not. And what instances are you talking about where both sides debate?? What forum? We are not on the wrong point of view by any metric.. What metrics are you using to judge your position? Public opinion is clearly not swayed by logic or anything that actually matters, it is all emotion these days and not influenced by anything real or logical.
We already know we are logical! We are not the ones we need to convince! The people we need to convince are not persuaded by logic and reasoning or else they would already be on this side, so what is the strategy here?

I get your point man, the main concepts of debate arent present anymore in our current time. But that doesnt mean we have to follow their same strategies just for the intent of achieving recognition or being aknowlegded in society, as that would only lead to people thinking that our movement is based around bashing the other group, which it isnt.
The main problem here is that since we are a group which doesnt form part of tje hegemonic social model in society, we either have to be reasonable and remain a group centered around that or utilize concepts similar to other groups, which wont work because as I stated earlier it would just lead to people bashing us and not the other group. Even if we keep being reasonable the main narrative will still depicts us by exaggerating some negative aspects of groups wrongly associated with us (such as inceldom), so the least we can do is not to give them more crap to throw at us.
As for your last point, I cant think of any strategy that doesnt involve our opinion being shared (due to the factors you mentioned earlier) so the last we can do is work with the thought proccesses they have, hence by objective data or cognitive dissonance tends to be common topics when talking with them.
We cant copy the same mechanisms as they do simply because society will get us first, so its clear that it has to either be a slow proccess or go in a way which main purpose is generate a certain emotion in them with the objective of gaining support as a way of preventing the other side from rising, but dont get surprised when people think that MRAs are all incels like some of them do.
