First off I think it is important to give some background information before I divulge into what I have learned through my experiences.

At 16 I learned about the red pill from a friend who is an avid user of Reddit. He told me its a very radical subreddit that had some very valid points at times. After diving into the ideas presented I began to realize how much of a beta virgin I was. I began to practice being alpha in every situation and I began to lift seriously. After fully swallowing the pill the world changed for me and at this point women come to me and mostly 6s and up. It has gotten so easy finding a girl to fuck its become boring. I can post some examples of texts I have received.

Women will try to use you: I have never met a woman who is above using men. Using men for food, to make someone else jealous, as a status symbol, or just to feel good that they can control you. I was raised by a single mother and she istilled the idea that women will try to use you. At 17 girls will often ask for things even small things. Never by them anything. If you are not in a relationship NEVER buy them anything. If anything make them pay.

Eye Contact: I don't exactly understand the science of this but in my mind its a primal example of being alpha. Most people won't be able to match eye contact and will often look around. I find that women really like eye contact when talking to you as well as when you are flirting.

Lift: If you're not lifting you are fucking up. As soon as I started lifting I noticed a shift in my own attitude as well as the way women saw me. I'm not large but I am toned and get a crazy amount of girls mirin even seen a couple of teachers.

If anything I said here seems wrong please correct me in the comments. Also any advice I always want to improve.

Our society is structured in a very peculiar way. Although, objectively young you are expected to have your life/career/relationships figured out already. You have joined us because you haven't. Seems doom and gloom, but always remember you are not alone. Your brothers in this subreddit will guide you to unimaginable heights if you diligently follow their instructions.

My greatest advice would be to epistemologically analyze what I've just told you, and to understand why I just told you what I did.

A note on lifting: its the LONG game you're going for. Even with an experienced, educated, certified coach, there's no need to overdo it. Gym 5-7 days a week is obviously great, but if you're going hard on 50% of your lifts with regularity it's only a matter of time before you get hurt. This is broad advice but I've hurt myself lifting because I was young and stupid. No need to PR your 1-3 rep max once a month. Your 10 rep max, maybe. Theres plenty of programs out there that are great, but the WORST thing you can do for your gains is to get hurt lifting. I didn't think it could happen to me until it did.

18 years old here. I discovered the redpill when I was 17, and turned 18 this year (2 weeks ago). You did good finiding this place. My 2 cents are just to find what you like, get good at it and make it your dream, even if you try for 10 years to get there you will still be young af (27 years old) and I assure you it's fantastic to grind. If your dream/objetcive is to become more sociable and to get laid like a king then go for it, but if you got other dreams just go fucking "tunnel vision" on them.

Advice - don't only lift with your muscles, lift with your mind, too. It's hard to give a single piece of advice to make that happen, people are different but expand your mind, read, analyze, much as you won't let your body rest and get soft, don't let your mind rest and get soft, either.

As a 17 year old I upvoted this right away. I found TRP in February and I also realized how much of a cuck I was. The things I did in the past were so beta I cringe every time I think about it. I’ve started to try and be more alpha and I’m currently in monk mode trying to absorb as much info as I can. You’re so right about women using me. I used to be a beta orbiter who was used for validation.

Don't try to be anything, just listen to your heart and your balls, and let the brain optimize the path they want to take you on. I can't stress enough how many young horny teens fuck themselves up because they mold themselves for women. This is suicide. Never beat yourself up over chicks, they are not worth the time and energy all of us older guys have already put into them. Just use them to hone your social skills, and eventually you'll laugh at yourself for taking them so seriously. It's just sex bro, so many cooler things tbh.

Another 17 teen year old here, been lifting since freshman year. I’m not as big as I would like to be but in HS I’m the biggest kid everywhere I go because no one else takes lifting and diet seriously.

In 3 years I went from a beta to now having respect everywhere I go. No one fucks with me because they have the illusion that I can fuck them up.

I’m also rich for our age group due to my investments in crypto currency I have around 60k at the age of 17. No one I know has over 10k in savings.

My only roadblock is my perceived social status. Your HS social class is set in stone freshman year and I’ve found that it is still immovable for myself even after so much self development I’m still in a beta class.

I don’t go to party’s so I have a hard time getting laid. I don’t see girls out of school and I don’t want to date one. So I’m in a hard place.

I’m very optimistic for collage, I should be bigger, smarter, richer then the other men. I plan on joining a great frat of guys and having a lot of fun.

Honestly college is where the real shit happens. Its great all you highschoolers are finding it early but you have no idea how awesome it is to be red pilled until you get the independence of college. Honestly if I could redo high school again after swallowing the pill I would treat it essentially as a 4 year monk mode of improving myself with the occasional lay here and there. Then when you go to college you'll have the body, mind, and mission to really succeed.

Take high school serious and college even more serious. High school GPA + high ACT/SAT scores will get you a nice scholarship to college if you are not an athlete. College will land you a degree of your choice and get you the profession of your dreams. Take considerable amount of time to analyze what you enjoy most and follow your passion, even if it seems hard or out of reach. Go to medical school and become a doctor or tech school to become an engineer. It’s worth it.

I went to school on a full ride athletic scholarship. College was easy for me (academic all American) but I did not fully lock in to consider what I would excel in the most. I did however land a job in a field that I reasonably enjoy and make more than most, but still believe I have not yet fully maximized my work potential.

Girls will follow. It’s a common theme on this sub and there is a reason why..it’s true. Also, I have lifted and taken my diet seriously for the past 6 years. I’ve never touched gear but get asked what professional sports team I play on nearly every where I go. It’s inevitable, people notice and give respect to those who take care of their body. They wish they were you but can’t give up their subpar lifestyle. You’ll find that that respect comes from nearly everyone, nearly everywhere.

Last but not least. There are girls everywhere. If you don’t think this is true, travel more. Under any circumstance DO NOT EVER show neediness to a female. That’s the fastest way to dry that slip n slide up.

high school GPA + High ACT/SAT scores

I'm a highschool senior. I have a 4.0 and 35 ACT, no substantial scholarships(despite many time-consuming applications) or opportunity-creating acceptances. I was only accepted to the same state school as the kids that have a 3.0 and bad test scores. Don't focus on grades honestly. I wish I had spent my time independently studying for my career(mathematics) and just didn't give a fuck about school or grades.

Only school I'm excited about attending is in the U.K. that didn't take my GPA or test scores into account at all, only their rigorous entrance exams.

And I'm someone who's passion is fucking mathematics. If you aren't interested in academia, I would start a business in highschool and focus on that, start a band(my buddy did this and is now fairly successful), etc.

This is all great advice for a 17 year old to follow. I'd be working at a gas station or some shit if I hadn't gotten a good scholarship (born poor), and all I had to do was keep playing a sport and try hard in school. I remember thinking at the time how much I was busting my ass, how terrible practice and HW and all this shit was, but in reality, it's a 1 unit of effort now -> 100 units of reward later guarantee.

Pick a good major, suck up to profs if you have to, go to their office hours and shit, get internships, make connections, boom, you'll be 21 with a higher salary than most Americans will see in their life time, living in a t1 city, in great health, with a good work ethic and ability to learn new things.

I wouldn't worry about TRP, like if I had a kid I'd tell him to GTFO here and not come back until he's like 22 or so. Just focus on investing in yourself - mentally, physically, socially - and as long as you make an effort to be in social circles that happen to have hot girls in them, you'll fuck more than your fair share in the process.

Hot girls go where the value is. Value to young hot girls is: excitement, attention, money, drugs, danger, hot guys, rich guys, etc etc.

So your social circle has to have some of those elements. For example you should go to parties, you should have friends who are partiers and can bring girls too - i.e. if all your friends are low value losers or antisocial or introverted, well, you become entrenched in a social circle of loserdom with no females.

But you don't have to follow traditional frat / club etc scenes to get access to hot girls. For example, a masculine straight guy in college theater, like a prominent guy who gets good roles and is a leader in that college scene... he has more pussy than he can smash. May not be the hottest girls on campus, but they all have freaky parties, if he's attractive and masculine, he's smashing.

You have to be a part of a social circle where you can have status - i.e. low status frat boy < high status theater guy in terms of pussy availability PROVIDED THAT GROUP HAS PUSSY. (As a rough rule of thumb, don't nitpick the example).

So being top dog in your league of legends friends club doesn't help you. Stop being geeky, WTF, fuck all that "TRP is about being who you are". Being intelligent and excited by learning and technology and stuff is fine, but being like geeky as in your behaviors and mannerisms, that is a hard blocker for most girls.

"All the hot girls are thugs or partiers" = all the hot girls social scenes involve fun, excitement, drugs, drinking, danger. See what I mean?

You have two options. Option 1 is to do what I did for a long period of my life, which is approach a ton of hot women cold, like in clubs or starbucks or Whole Foods or the gym, just whenever I saw a hot chick, I'd talk to her. Still do. This is tough and generally for geeky low SMV guys it's just going to suck balls, but the plus side is you become a better person.

Option 2 is to make cool friends and be a part of a social group that has hot girls. This is easier because ultimately, girls want to hook up with guys who are socially validated and not "randos". They will if your value is high enough, but in general you want to be in their social circle and someone they know has clout in that circle. For example, to smash greek life girls, you benefit from being in greek life. Get involved in the scene, be extroverted.

I spent a summer in toronto with my friend a few years ago and every hot girl there was pretty much fucking guys connected to the drug / music / party scene. So we scored some coke, molly etc and went to parties, hit on chicks, told them there was an afterparty at our crib, etc. Hot girls love popping pills and snorting lines and doing whatever some guy puts near them.

Go force yourself into social circles you are uncomfortable with. Like go hang out with some black thug dudes or some latinos, go be uncomfortable in new social circles.

I am a nerd. I started several "nerdy clubs" in hopes of getting "Niche" girls who call themselves "gamer girls" I hope you know the type.

Is it viable for a geeky guy, as you put it, to be the top of a co-ed geeky environment, like "theater" as you put it, or "airsoft" or "dnd" or "warhammer" type social circles/environments to pursue that 100% and simply become the top dog in that enviroment or to adapt and go through with the whole degenerate party life style as you say.

I ask because I have started several niche clubs, have gotten girls to join, who are from the theatre, nerd, roleplaying, larping, war board game scene to join.

You are in college or HS, yes?

The nerdy girls or gamer girls aren't really always fucking the gamer guys. You see, as a guy your dating pool is limited to the girls in your clique - the anime guy ONLY has exposure to anime girls. But what happens is the girls who are in these areas (anime, cosplay, gamergirls, etc) start getting attention from external guys from higher value groups.

Trust me, these girls trade up when the time comes - not many of them stay dating the lame dudes in their own circle. For example, a lot of these gamergirls are dating cool rich Chad type dudes, you will sit there hanging out with them socially, but they also have their feet into higher groups. High school is a bit easier, but in college for example, all the nerdy girls go party too, and they still get fucked by the athletes, frat guys, etc.

Also, you have inflated value sense - the girls in nerdy clubs and nerdy social groups have inflated value due to every other dude in the sausage fest wanting them. Because these guys, like I mentioned, only have access to the girls IN their social clique, their limited options makes them needy orbiters, and as such, what happens? The girls get inflated ego, inflated value, and they don't date with parity. They only want to date up and for hookups, it's especially drastic. The 6 gamer girl wants an 8. The 8 gamer girl thinks she's an LA 10. Etc etc.

It is a fine thing to do if you genuinely are passionate about a niche field - and hey, if there happens to be hot girls in that field, try to fuck em!

But do not rely on it or you will experience scarcity and disappointment, as well as a sense of betrayal when you find out those girls grew up to take facials from phi delt as well. You should seek to climb socially; be one of the cool kids. It's important, because even corporate climbing is the same shit; the cool kids help each other out and they shortcut the ladder, whereas the hardworking but socially unskilled labor away for metered out raises.

You need the skillset one way or the other. You don't have to stop being into LARPing. You just have to start learning how to be party bro - no one ever likes the guy who thinks he's too cool to turn up with the "dumb jocks".

I'll extend my 'wreck' metaphor. I can't explain it to you what it's like to be in a serious car accident. You're going to have to just go through it. It doesn't matter how prepared you think you are. Some girl is going to crush you. Could be when you're 19. Could be when you're 25. Until you go through that whole process of growing up, any 18 year old claiming "RED PILL!" is false bravado.

You simply have to log the life experience before you can say such things. To quote Jordan Peterson (as trendy as it is these says), "Beware of unearned wisdom".

I'm 32, btw. When I was in high school and college, there was "The Ladder Theory" and escaping the friend zone rolling around the internet. I am not the person I am today because of reading about dating techniques.

17 years old eh? That's a pretty young age to swallow the pill. Much better for you though. You can set yourself in an amazing direction from that age man. The world is your oyster.

You said you're open to advice so I'll give you some. If you're working a job start saving your money. 10% of everything you earn is optimal but being young I assume you have Low expenses so double that to 20%. If there's anything I wish I was taught when I was young, it would be how to manage money better.

Second, start putting time into personal development. Get your mind right for everything that's coming your way in the future. Some great authors like David Deida or Dale Carnegie have written amazing books with knowledge to use as tools in your arsenal.

I would say lift next but you're already there so good. Next!

Find out what you want to do with your life and plan accordingly. You've got alot of time so don't be too quick to rush into things. Test the waters and follow what you naturally gravitate to.

Apologies if I sound preachy/big brother type but I want to see people win in this life. I'm 28 and now really seeing life for what it is. You've got an 11 year head start my man. Make the most of it.

Don't fucking settle man. Oftentimes people put ceilings over their heads about how successful they can be based on their parents' success or the general success level of their community. Find something that excites you and figure out how to do it. Don't let anything get in your way.

Try things. Learn by doing.

Don't get sucked into peer pressure. Your brain is your most valuable tool and I destroyed mine with tons of weed, alcohol, and MDMA. I did all of those things in excess and there isn't a day that goes by where I wish I hadn't.

Keep reading RP and engage with the community. Give back what you've learned here.

Don't talk about RP philosophies with any of your friends. Keep your counterculture views to yourself. I learned this the hard way. The only time you should consider sharing is when they come to you asking for help and they're close to you.

Do it in moderation. Don't do a lot in one night. If you're sensitive to drugs/alcohol/caffeine it may be best to stay away from it altogether. MDMA does damage to your brain. You don't realize until it's too late. If I could go back I would do it zero. It's never worth it doing long term damage for a single night of fun. Some people do it very occasionally and are fine. But if you do it a lot you will fuck up your life.

oh man, have you experienced brain zaps? those suck so much, i've done it too much i guess, hangovers conclude to 2-3 days of feeling like shit, sometimes 5, with really bad depression. Need to stay away from it.

I have lifetime brain zaps. They began the day after my biggest MDMA dose ever. Now anytime I’m exhausted, right before I fall asleep I get zaps. It can sometimes happen several times in a row before I eventually fall asleep. It sometimes keeps me up for an extra 30+ minutes because my adrenaline spikes due to me thinking I’m gonna die.

I have so many other issues from the excessive MDMA use it would take me an hour to type it all up.

I'm 15 and I've been here reading and learning for 5 months now. I've always seen through the bs of girls and had red pill thoughts but I was still a beta bitch until i found this place. I'd say I'm still swallowing the pill though, but I've got this down pretty well the only thing i have trouble doing is lifting, not that im out of shape I'm fine right now but i could be a lot better I just can't motivate myself and don't find time as I'm really busy between school, my job, socializing and taking care of myself. I find it really hard to juggle them without laking in one aspect or another.

Also I've definitely noticed that almost all the guys around me are complete bitches no guys I know are actually alpha except a few guys I know that I'm not close with altough we're friendly. My favorite thing to do is to go against girls shit tests. Once you know what they're doing it's incredibly easy to establish your frame and I'd say enjoyable for me.

I've been keeping all these thoughts to myself for a LONG time since I don't have anyone to talk to about it to so I have a lot more to talk about so feel free to start a conversation with me also very open to advice since I know I'm incredibly young and need it.

This is very good. You're setting the foundation for an amazing adult life. Keep it up. However I'm not sure about giving up video games. If you truly enjoy it you don't have to give them up. Just have control over the time you put into them and don't get distracted from your goals. However if you no longer find value in gaming then leave it be.

To me it's awesome to see so many teens on here. If I had had access to this sub when I was younger, it would have saved me a lot of stress throughout my 20s.

Try bjj too. Lifting is great but learning how to use that extra strength you acquire in a technical way will give you even greater confidence.
