I (23F) find that every time I like someone, the fun goes away lol. I start to take everything soooo seriously instead of going with the carefree fun flow. I start focusing on the future and long term plans and goals with this person. How can I stop doing this? I find it ruins my relationships.

What I did with my bf is make sure we were on the same page about marriage and kids upfront. Once I established that we had the same goals, I was free to be fun and light and carefree because I know we’re both headed in the same direction, on the same timeline.
Maybe you could try bringing those things up early on. Not in a “it needs to happen” way, but an “it needs to be on the table” way.
