What is The Fraternity?
We are a brotherhood of men just like you who trade notes online and meet in real life for social events, training, and more (once the quarantines are behind us). Sigma Iota Phi is our very own non-profit organization we've created to facilitate these goals. Our mission is to serve as a sounding board of non-traditional ideas and philosophies, and to help one another improve in various areas of our lives through mentoring and holding ourselves accountable to our actions and decisions. The Fraternity isn't a "safe space", it's a crucible for success.
Core Values
The Fraternity's core values are:
- Self-improvement
- Responsibility
- Brotherhood
- Mentoring
Self-improvement Self-improvement of both the physical and mental, typically with an eye towards improving one's SMV. We've discussed this extensively during Red Pill University on the YouTube channel.
Brotherhood Brotherhood is a commitment to lifting each other up and building camaraderie between peers. A rising tide raises all ships. This can take many forms from employment opportunities to spotting each other in the gym to winging each other at a bar or nightclub, helping a local brother move into a new house, and everything in between.
Responsibility Responsibility (to oneself) means if you screwed up in some way, then you only have yourself to blame. Accept your mistakes and learn from them so you can avoid repeating them in the future.
Mentoring Mentoring in the sense being "coachable" (open to constructive criticism), and coaching others in areas where you've got expertise to share.
