Meditate. Helps being less reactive. You can't win in this situation if you don't keep it cool. Whether you ignore her or plot something against her (which i wouldn't recommend, she doesnt deserve so much energy) you have to do it calmly. The way you are clearly worked up right now... understandable...

Hard to quantify without any information. But i am sure that you do pretty good if you just follow one rule: do not validate or condone bad behavior. I think thats the most important part.
