As a delivery guy I really feel this guys pain of getting held up at a house for an incomplete delivery when there are orders piling. Really feel good about that ending and gonna take this lesson into mind when I encounter future AWALTs.

This literally describes my issues, thanks for the post OP. Is there any tips for someone like me who's trying to overcome both some past and future issues to be more present? I've quit weed and started lifting and martial arts if that helps.

I agree with everything except the parents part. For my case I had a shitty parent who was abusive in many ways and had a great effect on my self esteem in a negative way. Unfortunately I had to cut ties for my mental and physical health. Now im trying to get into the red pill game and move on from ...
