I was being cold and indifferent but polite and the girl bought me chocolates telling she really care for me. Dude.

I will now. I was anxious when i wrote this, but things went good, a did gentle stuff and she did some back, but none as a "pleasing" strategy, just low effort things to break the ice. Going forward now.

She lived there for a entire year, and we work in the same room. But things went well after all, i simply tried to swallow my sadness and be polite. Not butthurt, only polite. And so did she. We had a good day. I'm moving on. Thanks for your answer.
