Damn you should've mentioned it. Even unintentionally messing with emotions can be bad for you (part of the reason empathy exists). Just figure out what's up and why they're doing it (they're the worst source to gain that knowledge though so only as a last resort ask them) and react appropriately.

What makes him suitable for that? Based on the video topics and thumbnails they all seem like stuff I'll inevitably learn when I need to learn it in the future (business strategy is useful but not nearly as much as calculus for me rn, later it might be). The dopamine part though, how?

For some reason ever since I started, my exercise has been consistent (lack of a pullup bar was sometimes a problem), it's meditation I'm trying to accomodate. Studies are reasonable too because the consequences of not doing these are more obvious (potentially losing an opportunity or bad health)
