I second this. For most men, body weight exercises and a strong diet will have you looking lean and shredded.
It’s often better for “functional fitness” purposes than lifting a massive amount on the bench or squat rack. And again, you will look very good.

Side note, I dislike how we call all women “queens” and shorter guys “kings”.
In the case of the women, I see it as a form of simping/ego pumping.
And for men, I just find it so… patronizing. Have you ever met a man who refers to himself as a king and gets taken seriously?
