U dont need gym. I have <10% bodyfat, quite shredded. All I need is a barbell, dumbells with alternating weights, bench at home and a chin up bar. Can be pricey but I cbf going gym all the time. Work out consistently 5 days a wk. I generally do push ups daily anyway as my rest inbetween ab workou...
