Nearby the area I live, just this year in January, a man caught his wife cheating and killed the lover with a screwdriver.
Also, it's pretty common see fights related to this.

Nice can hide resent and ulterior motives.
In my experience, nice people will back stab you when they get the chance, also they will never confront you directly.
I can smell them a mile away.

We got a small project on the roll. And several leads.
