I've tried both. There's no way it's true. I had a surgery and wasn't allowed in the gym for a while. I upped juice doses to maintain what I had but I still looked like I didn't lift after a while. You aren't building shit without training no matter what you take
I don't care about the count itself but the act of lying. I can't seem to get over the fact women are sociopaths who lie a lot. Even about small things they don't have to. I didn't ask about the count. She just brought it up to lie and manipulate with me. How can you like someone like that?
