@trudatness did you at least get any oxycodone? Had multiple broken bones two years ago that impeded my fitness goals too. You'll be ok just take it easy has contradicting as that sounds.

So I put on weight and look like shit. The good news is I finally think I'm ready to go back and start lifting again. Also, want to get a few more tats. First week of Feb I'm starting back.

The shoulder is finally now returning to a state where there isn't constant soreness and weakness. The leg is fucked. I can walk without a limp - but can't do anything more than a very slight jog. So no gym in the past year. Fucking sucks.

Last April I sustained some injuries. Broke my leg and tore up my shoulder. After 2 surgeries on the leg I have 8 screws and a plate there. My shoulder had nearly a grade 2 AC separation and some tearing in the long head biceps tendon.
