im juust saying there is certain ways of lifting to where you can only get so far you could be the same size but much storenger if you just did heavy weights in lower reps. higher reps does provide gains but not nearly as qwell as heavy weights just look up light weights vs light weights

For the no fappers in here have you noticed how everyone on no fap starts to view woman as loving sweet creatures? And they desexualize them. It makes me wonder if that’s the way we are supposed to view them compared to the TRP POV Which is logical and cold? What do you think?

Im just saying lift heavier you can do the same routine but as long as you add weight or do another rep your still getting progressive overload

But I feel like that doesn’t make sense in evolutionary terms. Caveman in sure didn’t set goals often but I’m sure they were happy

A lot of the muscle u gain from that will be sarcobalskhdkhbd I can’t remember muscles which will fade away quickly if you don’t lift for a few weeks it’s best to do compound lifts in the 8-12 rep range
