Does your body respond differently to sugars found in natural foods vs. refined sugar (cane, maple syrup, coconut sugar, etc)? Are these 'ok' in your opinion? Fruits, carrots, corn have sugar in them.

Wanted to share my thoughts after reading No More Mr Nice Guy

I'm all for healthy masturbation, as he outlines in the book, since it's better than the porn-addicted type. However, I think we should call a spade a spade: masturbation is the result of failing to attract women into your life.

Good points, I think you're right. I also know I've got way better game (and success) with less attractive women and married women. The attractive ones intimidate me because of how I respond to them. I'm 46 but haven't figured out the plate spinning yet. Only been dating for 20 months or so (got divorced). Seems like all the women I get with want more than casual, so leave when they don't get what they want.
