@phm First off if you're on a "date" she's already interested. She doesn't get drinks with orbiters unless they're paying for her. If you find yourself on a lot of dates and it ends up know-where ya blew it.
On average it begins at a bar "for food" because I like to eat. It's a good excuse not to look like you're trying to drown her in drinks to take her home right after. Most the time I'm not hungry so I end up just getting myself a drink. First I sit right across from her like an interview and I'm trying to find out if I want her on my roster. I use the first 30min to an hour getting to know her so I can make jokes at her expense. I'm not nice and I am always criticizing her but I'm funny about it. You need to learn when to let up and let her recover mentally from your jabs otherwise you'll ruin the mood.
After I get enough info and have made the mood fun I excuse to the bathroom not because I'm faking it but because I chug at least 1 gallon of water a day.When I return I sit next to her in her booth and put my hand immediately on her leg and lightly grip right behind her knee. This is where I get physical fast.
Earlier on she might be mad at me for a joke I made about her so I'll quickly grab her hand and lean into her pretending she's been my girlfriend for a long time and say something along the lines of we're having fake relationship issues. e.g. ", ! I really just think our passions got the best of us" and play up that insincere "Ryan Reynolds" character for a few seconds before continuing the conversation. This keeps up until I've been physical with her enough to know if she's comfortable with me and then I say we should get out of here.
If she's submissive she might not be feisty so she doesn't need that much physical back-and-forth. Simply stroking her leg (super slow) while we continue to talk is enough and I'll offer to show her some music back at my place.

Game related topic - what's everyone's method to screen early into a day2 / date what her interest level or attraction is?
From time to time I get the kind of girl that opens up no problem, talks about herself and so on, but in the end seems to be only interested in the validation rather than actually taking things further. I've been using the good old DHV, IOI/IOD shuffle and compliance tests to gauge her attraction. Basically if I don't get sufficient compliance and IOIs after like 30 minutes or an hour, she's probably looking for an orbiter and so I bail.
How do you guys handle this?
@Magnus_Pym Seeing how most people are straight, by that logic incels are a blessing to science.
@phm I wouldn't trust their auto generated calorie targets. They're more aimed for normal people. Work out your own calorie and macro targets for your goals and add them in the settings.
@BTrack Do you trust their calculation? I just tried that app and it says I need 500kcal pre day less than my current program says.
@phm I use an app called "MyFitnessPal" - it has a premium subscription, but I've always just used the free version and I've never had any problems.
Very easy to use, you can just scan a barcode on something and it will bring up all the nutritional information for that food.
It's not so great for micronutrients/vitamins etc but for macros it works great.
Anyone know an app (that doesn't require subscription) or have a spreadsheet to track nutrient intake?
