Still learning. Went for my second cold approach ever today in the gym, I'd say she was a 5 but I didn't have my glasses on, she just had a spectacular posterior. some light touching from both sides and she had some solid IOI, and she even mentioned that she always works out around the same time (I usually go at different times because of college but this week I can go at the same time as her). My dumbass forgot to ask for her number before going back to my workout- although she told me her name and where she lived because we're in the same neighborhood. Any tips for if I see her or try this again?

@thesun good question. I've always wanted something on my forearm or around my ribs but I have a hard time picking a design that isn't nerdy as fuck lol. I see them more as small pieces of art rather than basically small things that add to your image. I know I'll get a couple in the future but I'm also starting to like how my body looks by itself. Maybe something that accentuates that?

@not_doug_judy The first rule of cold approach is not to stress about the end result of a cold approach, especially if you're just starting. You're gonna be doing hundreds of approaches eventually and a single one doesn't matter in the long run. What matters is that you take note of what you did good/bad and improve next one.
Secondly, most of your cold approaches will fail, at least in the early stages. That's good b/c by failing you learn what not to do which is as important as learning what to do. How are you going to know if you're pecking if you haven't pecked?
Finally, make a rule. Depending on how many approaches you want to do (the more the faster the lessons and results), add one more thing to the approach each week or month. Say hi, ask for xyz, get number, add more and more kino, move the set etc. The goal is to move the interaction forward each time.

Got introduced to the red pill about 2 weeks ago. Slowly making my way through the reddit sidebar.
I haven't had the chance to see any people since covid hit. Saw an hb6 at the gym and fucked up my chance to cold approach. It was just me and her too there too.
Just asked her if she was gonna use the bench like a retard and kept going on with my workout. Honestly I'm not even sure what I could've said but I saw her check me out. I'm not built like a greek god yet but I have an aight body so that's something. I just turned 20 recently too.
Just wanted my first post here to be about something y'all can roast me for. I can only go up from here lol
