No, actual workouts. I’m doing GZCLP at the moment, do all of my sessions in the mornings

Most are within the 9-5 range. I only have one thing that isn’t, and that’s my fraternity’s chapter meeting which is on Mondays at 7 PM. On Mondays, I usually will have to knock as soon as I get back from them
I think you’re right about that. When you have a system in place, it makes it easier to loosen up and enjoy yourself at appropriate times.

If it doesn’t work for you, don’t do it. This is just a structure that has helped me, so I shared it in the hopes that it would help others.
