Redshift your body clock so it thinks it’s night during the day.

If it’s not an almost everyday thing there is really nothing you can do but to try to sleep the best you can.

Make sure you are hydrated and eat well.

I’d focus on what’s causing the thoughts to race through your head. Could be a sign of anxiety, adhd or one of those disorders.

I’d really focus on turning off electronics and heading to bed early. Write out all your thoughts on paper and relax before you go to bed.

I take something called gaba which helps a lot.

Is there anyways you can flip the hours.

Sleep mask, melatonin, gaba. There’s plenty of stuff to use. Meditate or stretch too.
