  3. Social media: fail
  4. Posture: slight progress Overall not a great month, but reducing alcohol consumption has me feeling better and sleeping better.

  1. No alcohol: so far so good. Feeling great. Light drinking planned for Thanksgiving.

  4. Daily posture exercises: fail.

  1. No alcohol - so far so good. Decided I am going to drink with family over Thanksgiving holiday, but keep it light.
  2. Investments - so far so good.
  3. No social media - fail. Daily activity - so far so good. Noticing slight improvement in posture and core strength.

@NormalAndy just sit tight, they are long term mutual funds so the ups and downs don't even matter. I came to the conclusion I was just checking them for a dopamine rush

You said it. Regardless of what happens with this quarantine, reddit in general has turned into the post-wall girlfriend who I have lost all attraction toward, wasting my time and not improving my life in the slightest. It's time to dump her and move on.
