This was my first bout of oneitis since learning about TRP 5 years ago. In a way, I see it as a test that I failed. The one benefit is it showed me where I was weak.

Lifting and Respect

I'm 6'4. I went from 141lbs at 19 yo to 213 lbs ten years later (currently sitting at about 190). I can't imagine anything else giving me greater respect from the general public, short of becoming a celebrity, than lifting has. Getting big has changed my life.

Sure, but we all have a scarcity mentality at some point. If you've been fucking 6's and the occasional 7 for the last 18 months and stumble upon an 8/9, you'll probably exhibit some signs of scarcity mentality. I am not some red pill super hero that is constantly slaying 9s and 10s. I work 70 hours a week and live in a small city, there aren't a whole lot of opportunities here.
