In CA the only thing that needs to be said on her part to get it tossed is "I felt pressured into signing it". She can say it was you, a family member or your lawyer and round bin storage it is.

Not gonna argue that (mostly because I still cannot find the link I was reading). Will just point out we are 22 trillion in debt atm. That's coming from somewhere.

lot of "medical ethics" have lost sight of the underlying/original context

So not trying to start something here, but "legal ethics" seem to suffer from the same. I've known Doctors and I've known lawyers. And I know which of them, as individuals, I've trusted more. Anecdotal for sure, but there it is.

It's not unimaginable. Block it by default and make the users call in to get special dispensation or some such. AT&T broadband decided one day to block Cloudflare's DNS offering. Pushed it out as firmware to all their routers. "Oops" said they. "Still not working" says I. And I realize it's not the same scope of impact. Just a real world example.
