But how do do the second one? Psychologists, psychiatrists and psychoanalysts/psychotherapists don't actually in fact make you mentally strong, mentally dominating & verbally dominating and psychologically domineering. At least here in Greece as far as I know, that they are predominantly pseudopsychiatrists and pseudopsychotherapists/pseudopsychologists that fraudently seek to take someone's money and they literally suffer from obvious insecurities seeking to "diagnose" you in 1 hour and legally tarnish you. You can't even remotely dignose someone in few days or 1 hour, it takes months.
Besides that their idea of mental improvement is literally different (Now I speak globally) since they seek to make you mediocre, "normie" and just functional in a society. If the society is shitty and a toxic society, you should be a "monster" meaning a Machiavelli-type individual. There is nothing worg with so-called "dark triad" and nothing wrong about it. High-functioning sociopaths and psychopaths are the next step of mental, sexual, academic, talent-wise. physical and psychological dominance.
Psychologists and psychiatrist along with psychotherapists don't teach you how to be mentally and psychologically dominant because their fields are heavily leftist and libertard-ish and psychology was made-up by Jews based on idiotic inaccurate assumptions such as whatever bullshit Freud pulled out of his ass.
While most people in the medical and mental health fields work to help people get better, there are those who have no reason to help you get healthy at all. The government pays most of them to service the sick with the intention of making them healthy and unfortunately for them keeping you sick is in their general self interests. So feel free to skip the educated professionals whenever possible.

While it focuses primarily on narcissists, it may provide you with the information you need to defend yourself from the psychotic people in your life and enable you to avoid any others that stumble across you later. That said, do not ever let them know you are reading this book and do not ever talk to them about their psychosis or mental health problems. I’m this close to having a brain aneurysm and I need to find a coping mechanism to deal with her bullshit because I am seriously considering smashing my head against the concrete with her batshit insane fights that get me nowhere in life. How do you deal with someone who starts drama out of small things or trivial stuff just to make you upset? We are talking about straight up panic inducing verbal arguments. Car broke down? It’s ok, I’ll find another mechanic since the other one ghosted us. What she does? Lectures me and goes on a panic mode to trigger me, goes around in circles of topics that have no connection to each other, keeps hollaring at me what I’m going to do, gets me fuming and red in my face with eyes about to pop, and then tells me what’s wrong with you why are you upset?
I read enough books about how women literally toy with another man’s mental state, whether relatives or not but I literally don’t know how to deal with this when I don’t have another room to flee to or place to go since I’m doing side jobs online and applying. Like I need a mental tip how to deal with this insanity. I never asked to be born in such a broken household with such failure of a shit parents
The only way I know of to stop getting triggered by women in your situation is to bail on them the moment you realize they're not right in the head. Once you've removed them from your life, you learn to distinguish individuals who are mentally ill-morally ill, from those who are not, and avoid them the moment you discover they're psychotic in any way. You then invest the time and energy learning how to defend yourself physically, psychologically, and spiritually from the more persistent ones that will pursue you.
If it's within your means to do so, wake up as early as you can in the morning, get dressed, have your breakfast, make a lunch to go, and do your online job searching and applying. When your mother has one of her psychotic fits, just calmly toss on your coat, grab your lunch, walk out the door, and disappear for an hour or two. You may find you'll have to go to the library or parks to get away.
Focus on getting back in shape that you can hold down a job outside of the home full-time. Work your job, save your money, and get your own place. When you do, take a few weeks or months to de-stress while looking for a boxing or martial arts school. Do your best to live your life without the disruptions of the psychotic while generally learning how to avoid psychotic people from then on.
