What motivates you to improve yourself?

I simply like myself better when I'm actually doing something. I'm a junkie for the several minutes after the workout when I'm feeling the testosterone boost, and seeing my muscles better defined in the mirror. I love updating my followers on social media whenever I publish the next chapter of my novel. (Speaking of which, you can read it at wattpad.com/lordlysander7776!)

I'm about 5'7", and my diet is mostly proteins and carbs. My dinner tonight right before hitting the gym was ham, mac and cheese, and apple slices.
