@TheStoicCrane I love writing things down. Makes it extremely eazy to keep yourself accountable, too. I have a green booklet titled "The Book of Hulk" cuz its green. I OHP2xWk+SQUAT+DL and I'll be benching soon enough. Last 2/3 sessions, fainted, came close 3rd. Been anxious to bench. I tried keeping track with my phone - Nope.
@TheViolat0r When I ask ppl what program they're on or made and they said they have none I look at them like a deer in headlights. How do they know if they're getting stronger or making gains without keeping a log? How do they remember what weights they use two weeks prior without a record?!
@TheViolat0r Great, man! That's the best way to stay consistent. I treat mine like I'm on a mission. Write down my monthly program, write down individual exercises with reps, sets, & RPMs and attack the iron like a mercernary!
@TheStoicCrane He can do both. Another woman will get rid of the hurt he feels now and give him confidence. That will carry over into other areas of his life. Not recommending a relationship, just female company.
@TheStoicCrane Been reading a bit from the sidebar and n00b-guide over at reddit(That's partly how I understood they were all shit-tests). It's slow going now, but somehow it helps me understand somewhat.
@TheStoicCrane I'm excited to buy a belt! Lifting heavy weights is very fulfilling. Also, those people who only do half the lifts...like dropping the bar at the top of a DL; Partial squats...then people who do curls in the squat rack! THOSE FUCKING PEOPLE ARE THE WORST!!! Bicep curls in the fucking squat rack...are you fucking kidding me
I love it! Though there are many exceptions, I know them personally, thing short-sighted, retarded white people like you fail to understand is that the majority of Black culture has nothing to do with America.
