@KnowledgeSlayer If it were good would you feel the need to ask?

TheTrenTrannyTrain 3 days ago

@TheStoicCrane I disagree, mass gainer is great for post-workout, but only that.

@Chaddeus_Rex They're mostly a gimmick for people too lazy to eat 3+ square meals a day. Instead of using it as a "supplement" it's too often used as a meal replacement devoid of nutrients vital for creating gains.

Those who are in control of Western Culture have become the "Lord Voldemort" of society. They must not be named or you risk getting banned from just about any platform they're mentioned on. It's cartoonish.

@TheStoicCrane and all the porn is severely sacrilegious and immoral and genetically impure like family members having sex, blacks and whites having sex, etc. Also primordial urges forbid us to see other races having sex with our own race.. male:female ratio is higher than usual due to immigration.. competition for females.. its big.

It's funny how the one group of people who own 96% of media (including porn) most of which propagates dysfunctional liberalism is the only group that has managed to successfully maintain conservative values. Makes me wonder if Neo-Liberalism a weapon for societal destabilization in favor for this particular group.

@TheStoicCrane also carbs from veggies like broccoli or green beans are fine. Carbs from nuts can be good too b/c you also get fat. Try and keep it to < 20g net healthy carbs per day. Anything that’s white or becomes white (sugar, bread, rice) should be avoided.

TheStoicCrane 5 days ago

@Chaddeus_Rex Sugar and overly refined carbs like white flour, white bread, etc are bad new yes. Carbs like oats with a low glycemic index are quite healthy.

TheStoicCrane 6 days ago

@Chaddeus_Rex More quality macros, yeah. Sugar is just empty crap that spikes insulin levels and causes legitimate fat. Especially in the obliques. https://trp.red/t/1vf
