Of course there's no virtue in getting up early. I'm just saying your anecdotal experience of having your gym be a ghost town at 6pm goes against logic and my experience in working out at 15-20 gyms.

Cool that your gym is empty at 6pm but I bet that doesn't apply to 95% of the guys on here.

From my observations, not scientific at all, the bars as of late are much more dead around me than they used to be - especially on the weekends.

Eh maybe it's just where I live but they are still very popular in the 21-30 age group. Every bar near me is packed on Friday and Saturday nights.

I find it a lot easier to plan next day outfit the evening before.

Yep. I have some hooks on the back of my bedroom door. Hang up outfit for the next day there so I can just put it on after my lift and shower and go.

Exactly. I'm guessing that the marginal benefit of waking up at 4:30 instead of 6 is non-existent. And what can you even do at 4:30 anyways? My gym doesn't even open until 5:30. I meditate for 10 mins every day in the morning and stretch but that takes 20 mins maximum.

As long as you have a regular sleep schedule and get your 8+ hours you're fine.
