What I’ve learn from approaching over 100 women

I am almost 40 and I have done a lot of dating and plate spinning over the years. Most women in the 30s, at least ones who aren't married, are desperate to lock down a beta to help raise her spawn. Their main priority is finding a beta to latch onto.

Verbally apologizing to women can have unintended consequences.

There are times to apologize, but never if it is an act of submission on your part. If you apologize to her in that context she will see your apology as capitulation, and thus weakness.
