Who is rejecting you due to your son being biracial? If it is white men, I can understand because you rejected them in favor of a black man to fuck. You need to approach black men because that was your preferred choice in the first place. Why would any white man want it known he was only chosen to bail you out? You made your choice by rejecting white men, now you live with the consequences.

However, i can understand this from the man's perspective. The kid is even less likely to listen to him than a step child of the same group. I mean step kids will always disrespect their step dads but in this case, the disrespect from the child to step dad will be worse.

The child's color is irrelevant beyond making your motivations for your "sudden" change in taste for men very obvious, and making it obvious to those men (and the entire public) that they are being exploited if they go along with it. It's asking them to not just sign up to be chumps, but to also do it in a situation where they can't even have the barest pretense that they are not such to random onlookers.

I'd bet a good portion of those men would happily sling some dick into a childless, classy, and well kept black woman. They just don't want your skank ass.

This post may be controversial, but I really theorize that her blaming racism is a cope. This is the typical response from MOST men that have their act together. They do not want to wife up a single mother. White, black or whatever, a man that is in the "Good Man" category do not take single mothers seriously. That is what her rant should be about, the difficulty of finding a "Good Man" as a single mother, not blame racism.

Is she hinting that she cannot find a white guy to wife her up, otherwise she could just chase the same race as her son's father.

What probably happened; much like the Handmaid’s Tale that all your sisters seem to love so much; you were held down, fucked, and forced (against your will) to birth a child. That must just be awful…..

Then when this child that you wanted so badly is born, you must have had to struggle dearly on your own because there is just no state or federal governmental help for single mothers. It’s just all on you isn’t it?

I chuckle at the 2nd to last line where she says she wants someone to "take care of me" in "our current society".

We take it for granted that in a post feminist world where women have secured equal legal rights, they openly state they want to live like perpetual children with men as sugar daddies to protect and provide for them. They had that. It was called: The Patriarchy.

Part of the deal of The Patriarchy was that it took care of their own children. A woman enjoyed the benefits of being supported by her children by producing children for that Patriarchy.

She did choose someone to "take care of her". As the Knight of the Grail in Indiana Jones would put it, "she chose poorly".

Seagram7, you are correct that the big reason for her having difficulty in the dating market is her being a single mom. She would indeed have similar difficulty if her child was white and not biracial. However, I will state that the child being biracial is not the dealbreaker, but an additional issue on top of the primary reason. The issue that comes with a biracial child and dating is the visibility of dynamic that has taken place. If the child was 100% white and the guy coming into the relationship is white, when they are out in public, it is easy for them to "blend in" as a regular family where most people are not immediately asking the question of who is the child's father. It may come up in conversation, but it would not be something everyone could see so plain and obvious.

This same benefit of no one asking the questions about the child's father does not take place if you are white guy who is dating a white woman with a biracial child. Everyone can see the obvious lack of paternity of the man to the child, which makes it obvious to the world that you are not the father. There is no "blending in" with this scenario. And if every man who was in the equivalent situation had to where a sign above his head when in a relationship with a single mother that says "I am not the father of this child," we would see even less men willing to consider a relationship. And that is already factoring in the reduced pool of men, since a large chunck of them were disinterested when they find out a woman is a single father, regardless of the race of the child.
