one of my rules is to never date Russian (or Ukrainian) women. while they might outwardly seen more traditional than women in the west, they are all crazy, manipulative and heartless. on top of that, western progressivism has already seeped into Russian society (much like it has in most of the world) and Russian culture has essentially been erased and replaced with the new global western monoculture. I have a friend who is Canadian (he has Eastern European grandparents who came here in the 70's) and he even swears that he would never date a Eastern European woman.
I mean you have Ukrainian women complaining about their dating lives in the Western media while their brothers and fathers are literally getting slaughtered out there. The level of narcissism is off the charts.
I was briefly with a Kazakh girl back in Uni (she was of Russian descent) and while she was quite sweet, most Eastern European women that i have met are quite cold. They are demanding traditional roles from men without being anywhere near traditional themselves anymore.

I was reading an item written by Michael Voslenski, a former Soviet diplomat, who was recalling about a conversation within the Central Committee building in Moscow in the '70s, in which the (party member) prorector of Lumumba Friendship University-- which was created as a vehicle to cultivate foreign (mainly 3rd World) students-- was called into the office of some functionary, who was complaining about "immoral" behavior from Soviet coeds who were throwing themselves at foreign students with the intention of emigrating. The solution was to have a second (party member) prorector whose job was to enforce greater discipline at the university. The meeting was a pretense however; the unspoken, real, reason was simply to intimidate the university rector, who was an academic and not a party hack.
It was supposed to be a fictionalized rendition of a thing that happened in real life.

Those of us over 40+ should hopefully remember a pre-internet era and the whole reputation back then of "mail order Russian brides". They've been super materialistic for generations now, often out of necessity for survival thanks to how shit the economy in their homeland is.
Definitely does not mean one should overlook the risk they pose though. At best one should regard them as a "kept woman" and no further.

I suppose I should comment on this. For starters, keeping in mind Rule 3, I want to say that this barely counts as Bailout IMO: She claims her children are grown so they aren't the man's problem. She uses the term "generous" but in a combination of wish list romantic gobbledygook particularly the "wants it like in the movies". If we were to laugh at her, it should be wanting a romantic fantasy while claiming to be "real".
In addition, she's posting this (apparently?) to a sugar daddy dating app so what do we expect? Of course she wants someone whose "generous" but most women are golddiggers even if they're only looking to score feebies on dates.
I met my Ukrainian wife (back when I spent a lot of time in Poland) in the 90's and it was a different time when The Internet was accessed via a cafe and the girls were all on IRC chat and the boys were playing FPS networked games. You could get a drink by your workstation and it was social and fun. Good times.
EE dating back then meant you didn't have to take her out to "dinner" like American girls but rather a walk in the park and buying a coffee and pączek (donut). There are a FEW cultures where a man doesn't have to pay for women on dates, such as Denmark or Sweden, but as Roosh observed those women come with their own caveats.

If I had a son (not a problem I'm likely to face at my age), I'd have advised him of a "wall" us men face in our 30's is that women in their 30's are either going to be single mothers or leftovers and out of those two categories, the former best case scenario is kids that are grown up and left and in the latter category, The Corporate Nuns (although I suppose since online dating there aren't too many of those left?)

Russians were progressive contemporaries to the West. For example the frequent violence against non-Marxist opinions on American college campuses in the 1960s was enforced by roving gangs of violent eastern European progressives who immigrated here because they were chased out of their home lands. Often they were veterans of Eastern progressive civil conflicts and easily brought that violence to bear on the American campus.

it was an ideological subversion campaign by the Soviet government, utilizing agents in key positions to influence western academics, who in turn spread Marxist ideas to the general population. however these agents were not representative of most eastern Europeans. the vast majority hated communism. they did not benefit from it at all and it only brought them poverty and suffering. it was only a select group of Soviet elites who benefited from the system, and even some of them ended up becoming dissidents, such as famous kgb defector Yuri bezmenov, who warned the west back in the 1980s about this subversion campaign and predicted everything that is happening in the west today. sadly his warning fell upon deaf ears, hence why we are here now

America got its first injection of eastern European people and their foreign ideologies in the late 1800s, and that continued in waves through the 1900s. Many of these were Marxists, socially religious fanatics, rootless cosmopolitans, etc. The agents did come later, enhancing the spread of Marxism in the West. They utilized the networks already in place for them by their expat countrymen. Similarly, immigrants today are accused of "creating the conditions they fled from" despite the media military industrial complex telling us that they want to "believe in the American dream and be free." Similarly to the Marxism today, a select few benefit from it. The rootless cosmopolitan class has always used the lore of communism to gain a supporting base while they focus on shifting people into controllable circumstances. Unfortunately, today we all have the one "good eastern European immigrant" like Yuri who we can point to, such as the Milo Yiannopoulos conservative, but becoming a nation of flaming gay pundits is not the answer for America.

perhaps much older generations who immigrated to the US before the early 20th century and didnt live through events like Holodomor were sympathetic to socialist causes at a time when socialism/communism only existed on paper, but I think most who lived to see the fruits of these policies in action realized how terrible it is.
with immigrants it really depends which demographic youre looking at. I think youll find more proponents of socialism and other assorted leftist ideologies from western european countries like the UK and France than you will Eastern Europe or Asia. many Vietnamese and chinese immigrants in America vote republican. Cuban Americans are overwhelmingly anti communist. other demographics like Mexicans tend to swing more Democrat, although I think that is starting to change
from what ive observed, western capitalist societies seem to produce more leftists than socialist ones. the grass always looks greener on the other side of the fence. it is easier for people who never experienced life under a socialist regime and who benefit from the myriad privileges of a relatively free capitalist society to support the rosy, romanticized ideas of socialism than it is for those who actually have and saw firsthand the destruction it wrought on their people. westerners take their privileges for granted and naively fantasize about how much better life would be under socialism, but people who flee from socialist dictatorships strongly value the freedom and economic mobility capitalist society offers

We have not been capitalist societies for a long time in the West. We are Western Globalist Capitalist societies. Capitalism is nice when Henry Ford wants to support American steel, American rubber, etc. Once the bankers and their boards take control of a company's direction, they will hedge bets and even see American sectors fail for hyper profitability in Chinese slave markets.
An important part of shaping us into globalist capitalist societies is the proliferation of immigrants, particularly non-Western European immigrants. The cultural misfit is so large that they are easy special interest groups for politicians to manipulate. I spent a lot of time in the Vietnamese communities, and they hate communism. The NVA tortured and killed so many of their families. Ruined their wealth, chased them to Western Welfare. They claim to be very thankful to have America rescue them. But, here in America, they vote for welfare, they vote for immigrant benefits, they vote for programs and free ER visits. They vote for caretakers, so they can bring their families over here to get onto welfare. This is why our corrupt government likes immigrants so much, they are very useful tools for destroying the host population's power. Once the host population (Western Heritage Americans) is fragmented, communism can take hold.
Often times, the "communist-hating" immigrant does not realize what a crucial role they are playing in allowing the West to degenerate to the level that forced them to flee their country. I would say most of the time.
The globalist media, a powerful mouthpiece, may make it appear to you that Westerners take their privileges for granted. But the Western man is the architect of the conditions that all of these immigrants are fleeing to. The immigrant takes for granted the world that has been built for him by the Western man, and fantasizes about how he can imprint his culture (benign hate for communism) onto a land which his mere presence is already weakening.

My observations from time spent in West, North and Eastern Europe in the late 90’s: Relatively (by USA standards) Socialist North and West Europe were actually NICER places than I grew up in the states: good, affordable healthcare, educational opportunities, vacation time, and I’d add the women were even generally more pleasant even in the most feminist country of them all, Sweden. The white-male guilt feminist bomb dropped on West Europe was metastasizing about this time so I saw signs of what the USA was like in the 1960’s or so. Now, W Europe is similar to the states although N Europe has a literal Soviet “freezer” effect going on similar to the states (generally, the violent immigrants don’t like cold weather.)
Say what one likes about USSR communism but there wasn’t the chronic unemployment and white male guilt we suffer from there. My wife asked how many months of paid maternity leave she’d get and I laughed. Jack Welch Stacked Ranking had firmly kicked in by the time she immigrated. The USSR got Chernobyl and we got Jack Welch and Feminism. I’d say the USSR lucked out getting first pick.

That concept really needs to be laughed out of existence. Why should any employer be expected to pay someone who isn't showing up and producing, whatever the reason?
The very idea of that concept is illustrative of women's entitlement complex. "I want to be a mother and have a career, and I don't want to make any difficult decisions or make any sacrifices and I expect the rest of the world to bend to accommodate me!"

A lot of benefits like that were concessions made by certain parts of the business community as a way of preempting labor unrest. It was better to concede certain benefits to workers than to have the business shut down for months.
I can at least understand the rationale for maternity leave as a kind of compromise with the fact that only women can have babies. For every employer who grumbles about what a bother maternity leave is, another employer touts it as a way of attracting and retaining the best talent. No one wants to work for an inflexible, ungenerous, stingy employer.
To give another analogy, I used to work at a place where I asked to leave an hour early in order to get a flu shot before the doctor's office closed.
My supervisor said "Why do you need a flu shot??" ...which strikes me as a boneheaded question. He might've added "you bloody peasant" at the end. I replied "If I get the flu, my Lord, I might be out of work for 2 weeks during our project's most critical stretch of time. Would you rather have me leave an hour early now or miss 2 weeks later?"
It felt rather silly that I had to explain it; every year employers inevitably lose millions of man-hours to the flu. And this firm had gobs of money to throw at concierge services. If they were really clever about productivity, it would've made a lot of sense to arrange someone to come in and administer optional flu shots for employees on the premises during the workday. The cost/benefits of such a service probably would've been positive.

I'm 100% with you on the flu shots, in that everyone benefits. I took up previous employers' offers that were like what you said every time, until 2020 when I stopped trusting the pharmaceutical industry and vaccines (that's a whole different discussion).
As for maternity leave, if an employer is big enough to offer it as a benefit and wishes to do so, sure, why not. But it shouldn't be something that's expected as just par for the course.
I've actually put some thought into going into business for myself. If I were to need help, and was required to pay someone who wasn't producing anything, it could ruin me.
I could see maybe a temporary layoff so they can collect unemployment insurance, with the ability to return once ready.

I’m of the opinion we should have paid maternity and paternity leave, although not taken at exactly the same time. Looking back, I realize how exploited I was by my employer who didn’t offer me to take more time off when my daughter arrived because my wife really needed the help. My grandmother, RIP, started her own Polish-Catholic charity, “new mothers” in a rough district of coal mining Pennsylvania to help new mothers handle the sudden burden of raising an infant. These were young women, pre-internet, with the men away from home 12 hours a day.
I marvel at the cartoon The Jetson’s where Jane tells George Jetson that his boss is a slavemaster asking him to work 3 hours a day 3 days a week. We have massive efficiency improvements in the USA, more than even Japan, yet we’re less able to afford a home or raise a family than ever before. I’m… discontent.
As a side observation, I found it amusing how Jane Jetson’s day was largely spent shopping ,trying to grab George’s entire wallet, and at home had robot servants including a rather problematic maid.

You're not alone. There are, increasingly, growing numbers of gainfully employed people who think that their jobs probably shouldn't exist.
One of the worst jobs I ever had was in a telemarketing center which subcontracted for a large bank. We had to call people and offer to refinance their credit card debt. Basically, the whole business model was predicated on the idea that someone might miss a payment, at which point they'd be hit with massive rate increases. Now, we weren't supposed to actually say that in a way that made it plain-spoken clear. We were supposed to read this boilerplate-sounding list of terms and conditions-- make it sound dull-- and sort of casually run-past the key bit. "In the lower 48 states, certain prohibitions may apply, blah dee blah blah blah blah blah waiver of nominal balance transfer fees, blah blah, if you miss a payment you're fucked- blah dee blah blah blah..." "Wait, what was that?"
The job made me nauseous. No one likes to get those calls. I was only doing it for the paycheck and I got out of it as soon as possible. Looking back, it's one of the few jobs that I ever truly regretted.
On the other hand, I once did sales for a firm that did architectural restoration. And I mean things like early 1900s skyscrapers, state capital buildings, courthouses, university libraries, pre-Depression train stations with vaulted ceilings, etc. Ceramic Doric columns, gargoyles, tile mosaics, things like that. The technicians would take the original blueprints and photos, have sculptors and a color laboratory to get everything looking as close to the originals as possible. The items were meant to last a hundred years while the replaced items were worthy of being museum pieces. I wasn't involved in the technical side-- I mainly shuffled documents around-- but it was actually a satisfying thing to be a part of.

I had a similar discussion 30 years ago about the concept of "Ladies' Night": Men pay more for drinks ostensibly to get the chance to hit on drunk skanks but, in reality, since there is no gatekeeping on the privilege aside from them being female, most of the women can be old, chubby friends who are going out for cheap booze and cockblocking each other. I found the offerings at "Happy Hour" were generally much better: Everyone was getting off of work, relaxed, and generally sociable plus cheap food and booze for all.
Compare this paradigm to that of the L.A. or NYC "nightclub" and "velvet rope" where a bouncer strives to provide a mixture of attractive people or those who appear wealthy who will blow money.
All that said, considering The Pig Woman Experiment, it possible these losers got responses from rich men looking for a quick lay or even idle curiosity. Us men need to think more strategically as a whole, rather than individual competing members (ties into the topic of communism above.)

Major difference between commie Russia and USA was an average level of wealth and who any particular woman can get in her area, which was much worse than in the west and there was no state to sprinkle sprinkle to live well if a man didn't provide or she didn't work her ass off.
