I'm going through some medical issues right now which require me to live in the suburbs with my parents for the next few months. I work remotely so I can't hang with work friends. I do have a good amount of money saved up. However I don't know where to go to meet women, the vibe here is a lot older and family-oriented and it's hard to find girls my age, let alone pretty ones. I've been trying to travel more but I can never travel very long due to my health-related responsibilities. Does anyone have experience with this? Any advice? Thanks

Go to goodwill. The bulk one if you have it. I see the occasional hottie in there. Gyms, obviously. Parks. School teachers and moms picking up their kids. Other men's wives, especially cougars.

Part of the reason there are no cute girls your age is because they all leave. Whether it's for college or modeling or the sex in the city.

Try meetup groups in your area

Google all the bars/clubs in your area and see if anything remotely looks like a venue worth going to

Take some coed classes if need be

Some good suggestions so far. In addition:

Shit like clothing stores can be a great place for cold approach. Usually you get college age girls working there. If you go on a weekday daytime or just before the store closes, it's pretty quiet and they're all just wandering round looking for something to kill time.

Local music venues. You get a decent amount of girls in attendance (depending on the genre). Even if there aren't any girls, you still get to enjoy yourself and be social.

Sports Clubs - might be a bit touch and go based on your medical condition. But yoga is always popular with women.

Tinder/OLD - YMMV based on SMV. But a good passive stream for a few minutes of swiping/messaging on the toilet.

Don't do anything specifically to get a woman; it'll be cursed. You'll get no woman, and you won't develop any new skills.

Having said that, get yourself a hobby (that involves other people). Join a music school, or language school, or a book club, a group that likes to go cycling or hiking or whatever. Find something you actually like doing and that can be done as a group, and you'll meet new people there who have at least one thing in common with you.

It's fine to do things specifically to get women - everyone does it. Women look pretty, men hang out in stupid clubs where there are women, people wear nicer clothes, work out, live better, work harder...... all to attract the opposite sex. It's fine. Part of sexual strategy is doing things SPECIFICALLY to get women.

"Just be yourself" has been universally agreed to be shit advice for men.

Sure it is. But it'll be harder to stick to it (since you're not really interested in whatever it is, only in the girls) and, depending on the person, it'll reek desperation. Many years ago I met two PUA wannabes briefly through a friend, and saw them once again when I was taking dance lessons. They were obviously there for the girls, and it showed. Besides, since you're doing something you're interested in doing, you already have something to talk about. If your focus is only the women, however, you won't care about learning/doing whatever and thus won't get much from doing it.

It should be "become the best version of yourself". Don't be a lazy fatass whose plans for every saturday night are a large pizza and CoD. But don't pretend to like something just to get girls - it gets really old really soon. Develop your interests, and meeting women through those is not bad.

If you're only looking for ONS, it's no big deal. But any semblance of a relationship - even if it's a mere FWB - will have you too locked into her, since she'll be pretty much your whole social circle. Find friends first.

it's tru but there is a way out of it - depending on activity -- go for newbies - it is always the best. women often flake from activities and came exactly for that: short gig. Long standing fem members can be weird sluts. Long standing fem member could be used for actual exp but not for getting a woman - not even for a fuck. She will likely know everyone and has enough influence over the rest of women. That would spoil chances of learning something from them - that is assuming they would be willing to do something for a man - which again is unlikely since they usually are sluts and will try to drag a man trough hoops whatever they have to offer - skill or pussy - so they usually are no good bang for a buck in my exp - unless they offer themselves.

Whatever you do to specifically meet women, focus on activity first and getting friends. Focusing on getting friends only, first - is loosing game as there is no so many quality friends [acquaintances] to randomly meet anyway.

If he wont go and meet some opposite sex and get some challenges then he won't learn manual for them.
