I am a college senior about to graduate in May. I have a girlfriend who recently has been bugging me about meeting my parents. For about 3 months, I have went back on my promise to introduce her to them for two reasons. The first is that my parents are old school and do not believe I should have a girlfriend as she is only a distraction to me since I am about to graduate. The second reason is that I don't see this relationship going far in the future. She is moving to a place outside of my state to start graduate school while I will stay here and find a job. I don't want to end it and break her heart but I don't want to introduce her to my parents when I know they will not approve and the relationship might not last. What is the next logical step to take?

You answered your question by yourself. Go ahead and reread the first half of your post. Plenty of ways to run this scenario, but judging by your post it would be wasted effort to discuss the possibilities. Best of luck. Also for fuck sake don't let your parents run your life.

Just tell her. "I don't want to introduce you to my parents right now." She can either get with the program or get lost.

Just introduce her. If she turns out to be some careerist "strong, indahpendant wahmynns" then move on.
