I'm 18 and just finished my first semester of university in Ontario. I was spinning 3 plates a month ago while maintaining a 4.0 GPA and working out 5 times a week. Now with omicron, school is online, gyms are closed, restaurants are closed, everything fucking closed. I've basically lost every plate as I won't be able to see them for at least 8 months, I won't be able to lift as gyms are closed. I discovered TRP a year ago as a huge virgin but I feel that all my progress has now been erased. It'll also be difficult to bring girls home as I live with my parents at the moment. Should I just go monk mode again?
