Here is what happened in the last week. This girl is pretty masculine because she has some responsibilty in her work and she is basically our boss's assistant but she acts feminine outside of it. She offers to make me food and when we speak she is feminine plays with her hair and speaks like she is excited to speak to me Keep in mind this girl is a year older than me and she has a beta clingy bf thats 7 years older who begs to her on the phone not to break up with him and tries to convince her he loves her
So - Last week she asked me if I had a girlfriend, I said no, and then she asked me If im open to requests so I told her I dont do LTRs I just pump and dump and she giggled and covered her mouth with her hand and said"omg you fuck and run away?, you shouldnt do that" in a soft tone. lately she's been showing good signs. I got a haircut. She complimented me "look at the who got a haircut, youre so handsome with it" then she told our boss "look how handsome x is with his haircut" after that she said that since I got this new haircut that right now is a good moment to hit up girls, I just looked at her and she straight up told me to go hit up girls. I told her I dont pick up girls in the workplace asked me"why? What if youre horny and want to fuck?" I told her I have my reasons and I just fuck girls outside of the workplace. She shit tested me stuttering asking" why are you scared?" I a&a and said "yeah im a scared person I hide in my room all day" I trolled her one time also and she responded well by smiling and playfully pushing me. She asks me about other girls like if theyre my type and would I date them. She also shit tests me minor things like I said everyone in this workplace is weird and she said "like you with a smile" but I always a&a She responds to my jokes well and always repeats them with a laugh
Thats basically it so what do you guys think, and how should I proceed with her?
Based on these interactions can I smash or maybe im interpreting it wrong?

Brodie thanks for the reality check, I definitely feel like im on a time limit and feel like I need to make a move. Thing is bro this shit escalated even further. The bitch broke up with her beta simp I guess she was trying to monkey branch all along, and she is non stop shit testing me and trying to get a reaction out of me with dumb bullshit but I just ignore her. But, despite all of that our boss was breaking balls today(me her and boss were in the room) and said if Im looking for a girlfriend that X(the girl) is freshly single and I should make a move and I bantered back saying"oh youre saying strike while the iron is hot" but she replied "no thanks no thanks" but during the conversation she was playing with her hair and had positive body language so I took that ad a shit test to get me to get insecure and ignored her. What do you think bro?

I got her number bro we have a work gc and shit. Ive been trying to get to a 1on1 with her so I could actually escalate to some shit but theres always coworkers and people coming in and out so its tough were never alone there its very public. Thing is bro when I do get in a 1on1 with her do you recommend escalating(if its safe, not sex though just making out), asking her out, or if she asks why i dont fuck girls in the workplace I would say "I dont unless nobody finds out" and offering her to be fuckbuddies in the workplace?
Ive also been thinking about waiting for her to ask me something again about ltrs or sex or some shit like that and then ill go to another room call her over there for some random reason and escalating a convo(basically confronting her alone about those questions and seeing where it goes from there)
Key point about if she tries to push me in a relationship - i overheard her talking to our boss about her breakup and she said that it was too serious for her and that shes a kid and wants to enjoy life( basically riding the cc) so i think im safe with the relationship shig.

Bro I had a big argument over bullshit with this bitch yesterday it ended with her crying after but i didnt give a shit and just let her cry, and for now we dont really talk unless its work related shit. If I do want to proceed from here and get her how would you recommend acting? Obviously ill never fold or apologize and i check her if she disrespects me
