They banned a conservative LBTQ sub. That really says all it can about what their real priorities are.

They're honestly fucking dumb and it shows you how much they as well as others either cherry pick or get spoon fed their information if they really do decide to fiddle with these results only after having it pointed out to them.

You might think it ridiculous, but the amount of times I catch users who brigade this sub that even admit all they're doing is scrolling through /r/All and looking for an upvoted topic they don't like to whine about is incredible. I knew things were going to get shit on social media, but reddit in particular has been absolutely insufferable lately. The worse part is they try and act all elitist and uppity about their obvious ignorance on a topic.

There really is no point to reddit now and I believe that this site will get so bad that you won't even be able to post memes anymore unless they're virtue signalling about how bad Trump is. We're already seeing that even subs like Unpopular Opinions where the whole objective of the sub is supposed to be about posting controversial content having mods that remove topics for being controversial. I will celebrate the death of social media, I really will, maybe once people finally realise you can't let easily offended mothers and university students control the internet things might get fun again.

I don't speak for everyone but I'm all for actual equality of genders. Equality for everyone. To oppose equality is in itself a fucked up hill to die on. Most of those who oppose equality are those who argue that things are either already equal or are meant to not be equal. Both of those are incorrect in my opinion, and even if things cannot or shouldn't be totally equal, to strive for balance is never not going to be the right path.
