Odds are she is an attention whore but you can't tell how far she will go for attention unless you try to make something happen.
What I meant was how serious are the negative results of trying and failing to seduce an engaged co worker? Will it get you a bad reputation or will it just look clumsy? If the odds negative results are minimal and you are up for serving her attention addiction then you could take a shot. But this is not often the case in a work environment.
There is also the eventual end scenario to be considered. Eventually when she has used you as much as she wants it will end. When it ends women are usually not that sweet about it. Will you then get a reputation as the bad guy who had the affair that destroyed her relationship and so on?
