I know redpill is against marriage, but say for a redpiller who has cultural and religious obligations, and must marry. What age would you recommend and why?

Can’t recommend any age to go into a social contract that will screw you over if things don’t work out.
I guess if I had to, earlier in life when you don’t/won’t have a lot of money yet. Get a prenup (or even a postnup), but remember they aren’t bulletproof.

Realistically the older you get the less hot marriageable women there will be who also don't already have a divorce and kids.
So the answer to your question really has more to do with satisfaction than practicality. At what age would you no longer be satisfied with the options around you for marriage (spoiler alert, there are no good options)
I'm sure there are marriageable material girls out there, but they're either married already or the kind of girl you have to meet right time and right place or she's not gonna be available to begin with because her standards and dating style are incompatible with normal game at the wrong time and wrong place (hence why she'd be marriageable and not for the streets)

When you're ready to support a wife and kids. This means having a good salary, house, car, savings, etc. For people with cultural and religious obligations, i.e. no sex before marriage, they tend to get married young... maybe right after high school or in college and then postpone having kids. This tends to work if the woman is a virgin and devout believer while the man understands that 90% of religion is about keeping female nature from destroying society, e.g. red pilled.
So then the question becomes when are you ready to get married? Keep in mind it takes 2 years to fully vet a woman for marriage.
