Went clubbing a on Wednesday, this girl smiled at me and her friend and her both approached me and smiled at me. Both asked politely for a cigarette, so I only gave one.
We started speaking and her friend was pretty flirty and she asked for my snap and added me. I messaged her “hey” like the next day or so, I got a message back today saying “hey mate how r u?”
I’m assuming she wasn’t interested in me, her friend might have faked interest for a cig? But that makes no sense, since when they finished they still stuck around

Should have said "you seem cool, let's grab drinks some time" or something to that effect while you are in person still. Then any phone number/snap etc is the means by which you facilitate a date
Sending "hey" is a weak start to getting something set up via text game, which is what you're stuck doing now
Also, did you get the wrong girl's contact info? You say the friend was flirty but you went for the non-flirty friend if I read that right?
Whoever's snap you got, you could probably make some reference to the club etc. and then see if she is free for drinks one night next week. If she is low interest move on and try set up drinks etc while you're still with the girl in person next time

This is where you DO NOT DO HER FAVOURS.... say "no" to the cigarette, and you'll find out if she's interested or not.
Or get her to do something in exchange for it (shouldn't be something sexual, you don't pay for sex).

Don't do shit for free. You failed the compliance test. If it wasn't for you, some other guy would have been played.
Bitches do this things all the time. When they need something, they start manipulating by being nice/flirty etc. Only when you deny her, the facade drops and the shaming tactics start.
Don't get me wrong. Many times, bitches use cigarette/lighter excuse as an opener. Should be easy to recognize the situation. Do you really just autistically orbited them without gaming or kino? If not, you should have some reference/joke to tease her and go from there.
Next time this happens, tell her to put her hand in your pocket and grab one. Bonus points if you have a hole in you pocket and a boner.
