I'm assuming you're smart and save your texts from girls? If not start doing it. I save all of my downloaded into my phone so that I can restore them at any point. I don't mean screenshots, like actually saved to the device with the original SMS files.
Assuming you have your bases covered, just tell her you're not feeling it any more. You're the prize, who cares if she gets upset, she can hop on the carousel way easier than you can replace her, don't give it too much thought.

I am 29 and I found TRP in December of 2016, so maybe 6 years of knowing the TRP foundations and seeing these things play out with countless posters back on the original sub.
There are still a lot of things to learn and experience but I have a good foundation
