My gf parents are rich and have multiple properties. I make $300k pa + I could buy a house but I wont bc anyone who understands finance knows if you can make 15% pa in the stock market (i.e buy & hold the Nasdaq 100), buying a house is ABSOLUTELY retarded.
We've been talking about settling down to have kids (dw no marriage), and I want to propose we just move into one of her parents properties. Just wondering if I am giving up a lot of power in the relationship not being in control of the living situation? ?
Obvs there's the risk since its her house she could put me out of the house, but even if I was in control of the living situation if we broke up we would be in separate homes anyway.

Keep savings in case you will need to move out, just to have that feeling of security and not being in scarcity mindset. You want to always have a back-up feeling of if sth happens you are going to be fine.
I think that whether you give up power or not with this move, depends on how you look at it and how you talk about it. It seems like an awesome thing to move in, the only thing I can say is not to let this move affect how you view relationship, and my biggest advice would be, to be grateful you can have that, BUT don't look at it as transactional (she did a big thing for you so now you have to do big thing for her, that's toxic)

but once you have kids together, she owns you until they are 18, and can force you to pay for their college,etc. Some states, up to 25 yo

It's not a big risk as you're very financially secure.
Have the alternative option for yourself lined up at all times so that if shit hits the wall, you know what you'll do. Make sure she always knows you always have other solid options.
Make a co parenting agreement, legally binding, BEFORE having kids.
