I am not asking for the meaning of life. I think there is no meaning other than to live.
I am having sex, I have friends who I go out with every weekend, I am doing good in my academics.
I am doing pretty good but I am not happy or fulfilled, I know there is nothing like 24/7 happiness, I am not expecting it, but I am expecting something at least close to it.
I am doing what I always wanted to do thanks to the TRP. I am lifting, gaining muscles, eating nutritional food (I have a dietitian).
Everything seems so pointless, even when I travel somewhere, I can't seem to enjoy it, It's kind of pointless.
Why do I wake up and put on skin masks to look better?
I like doing all of the things I mentioned above but I don't enjoy anything or feel fulfilled, I try to do everything I want to do, but it is just not fulfilling and enjoyable.
It just feels so suffocating, I am not suffering from depression or anything.

Jordan Peterson explained that humans aren't happy unless they have one foot in chaos and one foot in order. So you'll have to find that balance. Do something unknown, maybe risky. Explore. One of my happiest memories is riding a Russian hydroplane up to Nizhny hydroelectric dam in Novgorod after fucking a tall, blonde, blue eyed hoe I'd pen palled with. Or maybe that time I got caught in a riptide off La Costa Blanca in Spain while holidaying with the hoe I was fucking from St. Petersburg. I get what you mean. I wake up some mornings and even though everything is great (me and my family are in great health, no debts or stresses) I still wake up in the morning with a feeling of dread almost every day. I’m not sure what causes this but I feel the exact same as you do. If something eventful happens it lasts for a day max, and then the euphoria wears off and I’m back to where I started mentally.

I haven’t tried dopamine detox, I am an IT student, Therefore I need gadgets.
I don’t eat junk food.
I am indeed on NoFap and PornFree.
I don’t know what makes me happy, I thought banging a chick will make me happy...So I banged a chick. I thought spending time with friends will make me happy, It didn’t.
I am trying to self-explore within my mind to find out what should I do, What I really want to do but I am not able to find it.

Have you had your medical tests? blood tests, Testosterone,etc. You certainly aren't classic for low T. But what I'm getting at here is you seem depressed of course.

Do you need to see a therapist to figure it out?
In the meantime, don't stop trying to figure out what you want out of life. What are your goals over the next 5 years? Do they resonate with you? motivate you?
we all go through periods in life, where there's rough patches. Sickness, loss of friend/family, and just times where you are overloaded with work/school,etc. Got to deal with it. sounds easy right? yup, but we have to find a way.
You say everything is pointless. explain. Do you mean, nothing matters to you , you don't care?

More seriously, you probably have low serotonin levels which effects your sense of contentment, satisfaction, and well-being. Research ways to lift levels without SSRIs, because those are murder. Also, your dietitian probably sucks. In the long term, micro-nutrients are as important as macro-nutrients. Make sure you are getting an hour a day of sunlight mostly naked.
One problem is that people need variation. Your body can't stay happy forever, it needs ups and downs. Get in a big fight. Go on a backpacking trip. Give yourself a hangover. Join a kickboxing studio. Do something different. What men find the most rewarding are deep friendships and competition with other men. Go to hardcore night at the Ju Jitsu academy and get your ass kicked.
Cardio may be shit when it comes to muscles, but its great for mental health. Make sure you add in some interval training to get those endorphins.
If you are engaged in any addictive dopamine behaviors, give them a six week break: gaming, gambling, social media, porn, reefer, etc.
