This is gonna be a long one. I'm sure some of y'all, being TRP-aware, have thought about one point or the other at some point in time.

The black pill is the belief that attraction and relationships happen simply on the merits of your physical and genetic makeup. Meaning if you're short, fat, or ugly, you stand no chance.

Although rigid and extreme in its nature, it's manifested in the day-to-day interactions and boy does it make me feel mad. TRP takes my anger even further. Realising that men have a much stronger libido and sexual drive than women meaning that they are mere likely to chase and have lower standards of women means that average looking women are able to sleep x19 more than an average Joe ever will. They are also more likely to be the center of attention, simply on the merits of being women.

What I just said don't sound like very healthy thoughts, and I try my best to not think about them and embrace them and move on, but boy oh boy does it make me mad every now and then.

I know I'm sounding borderline incel at this point, but really I have no problem with women. My problem is that I can't bring myself to live with these standards and I wholeheartedly feel triggered when I'm existing in the shadow of these concepts. So the question is: besides working on yourself, how can you get out of this loop? How do you come in terms that people are such materialistic cunts who only care about the way you look?

A bit of ranting

I feel especially triggered because I've been on both sides of the story. I was fat my entire life. 3 years ago I lost 15kgs(to 33lbs), it was the same year I lost my virginity and experienced female attention. Not only that, people in general treated me better, just because I looked healthier... I was still the same douchebag from the inside.

The pandemic came, I put on some weight 5 kg (10lbs), then I started lifting and put on more 10lbs, and I'm kinda where I started (only more muscular). And coming out of the pandemic with the midsnet of having an average weight, I see how people are treating me differently (in a bad way). They straight up disrespect, ignore and belittle me, sometimes they don't even take me seriously, even though I'm right. Ultimately, I don't give a fuck but when these things happen again and again, it makes one mad af you know?
