You don't, you can use dutasterude with TRT for increased DHT inhibition. But steroids are going to hurt your hairline in one way or another

I'm on TRT and Fin and it definitely helped slow it down dramastically. Don't see any regrowth.

I just use minoxidil and anti-dht shampoo, but I keep my free T within normal range. Look up post-finasteride syndrome before you make that decision.
