When I read the red pill handbook I stopped idealizing woman and seeing them as more than myself. I stopped thinking too much about women and started focusing on the real things that are necessary. Is there such a handbook about human relationships in general? I am idealizing friendships(and other talks with people in general) therefore becoming needy and too nice. I think too much about interactions and cannot concentrate on other things. Do you have any reading suggestions aside mr. nice guy(which I really liked) to stop thinking about interactions and focus on the other stuff?
TLDR I want to stop trying to be liked by others and looking for book suggestions aside mr. nice guy. I want to stop idealizing other people and stop focusing on the social interactions too much.

I have the severe self hate issue and I think that we are in the matrix. But I don't know how to better it. Currently, I am doing gratitude, meditation and writing about myself(past and so on)+gym ofc.
