It depends on what you're trying to convey, and what kind of girl she is.

Degeneracy is bad. Consider that before proceeding.
Use your best judgement to determine if she'll interpret your kind invitation to stay over as you wanting more from the interaction (a relationship), or if she'll interpret it as you being as casual as she is. I honestly have no advice on how to tell the difference.
There really isn't a blanket way of doing this. It depends on the girl. If you want to play it safe, don't do it. If you want to take your chances and come across as accommodating to have an ongoing (albeit casual) sexual relationship with a person, you'll have to take the risk.

Not the guy but treating people harshly leads to bad things. The ride is wild until someone have a breakdown and becomes unstable. You dont want to have to explain anything to the police (all crazy scenerios start mundanely), you dont want her breaking your stuff. Dealing with people who enjoy casual flings overlaps with people who are willing to do hard drugs and some other shady things. Make sure you have a control over the situation regardless
