Yesterday we discussed women in hospitality - flight attendants, bartenders, high end waitresses, hotel employees. Things to look out for. Pitfalls. Characteristics of such women.
Today, we'll talk about women in the multibillion dollar beauty industry. We're talking cosmetologists, nail technicians, skin care specialists, women who work at department store fragrance/makeup sections, and especially hairstylists. We're not talking about women who sell products door to door. Not Avon ladies; not Mary Kay salesladies in pink Cadillacs. Avon and MaryKay ladies are mostly housewives or women who work in other jobs outside beauty but are looking to supplement their incomes. This post deals with women involved in hands on delivery of actual beauty/hair care services.
1) These women live hand to mouth and are always cash poor. The number one characteristic of beauty industry workers is that they are always poor. Every time you talk to them, it's this or that financial problem. They're always behind on their bills. Collection agencies are always chasing them. They have to pay to get their cars out of repossession. They don't have enough money for this or that. Their credit cards are always maxed out. They can barely keep their financial heads above water. Women who work these jobs never get financially ahead.
Which is the main reason they're dangerous - if they're single, they are constantly on the prowl for men, because they need those men's money. Most beauty industry workers cannot support themselves fully on their own incomes alone. Most beauty industry workers who appear to be doing ok financially are married, or living with a baby daddy, or living with family. Nearly all of these women are partially financially dependent on the men in their lives.
2) Beauty industry women are always time poor. They work long hours for not very much pay. They never have time for anything else. They're working constantly, at least 5 1/2 days a week, 10 to 12 hour days, because of 1) up there - working long hours and overloading themselves with work and clients is the only way to make any money doing beauty industry work.
3) The beauty industry is the province of working class, poor, and uneducated women. These women personify the American working poor: Lack of future time orientation, unintelligent, poor academic performance, early onset sexual activity, impulsive, hyperemotional, history of relationship failure, poor planning, poor insight, lack of refinement and poise. Many of them are or were alcoholics or substance abusers. These women constantly have some kind of "beef" with someone else, usually played out on social media. They didn't get educated or trained for other kinds of jobs because they didn't have the money, the skills, the parental example, or the plan. Most of these women are white trash or from the ghettos. (I can talk about white trash - my ancestors were white trash. I am 2 generations removed from white trash on both sides.)
Most of these women are working class and poor because they were brought up working class and poor. They are repeating their parents' lives. Most are carbon copies of their mothers, who were themselves poor planners, lacking future time orientation, impulsive, early onset sexuality, unintelligent, uneducated, and hyperemotional. Most beauty industry workers were themselves products of divorced parents or single mothers.
4) Beauty industry women have a severely inflated and unrealistic view of their jobs, their work, their status, and their financial prospects. These women have no idea how the economic world actually works. They think that because they know how to improve their own and other women's physical appearances, their jobs are The Most Important Things In The World, Ever. In their minds, the world would stop if they did not or could not do their jobs. These women really do think they will get rich doing hair and nails all day.
COVID showed us what these women are really made of. COVID shut their businesses down for the better part of a year. Yes there were a lot of economic problems resulting from it. But the worst things the beauty industry shutdown caused were that middle aged women's roots started showing and their bangs grew a little longer than they were used to. Women had just a little harder time getting their Pond's cold cream.
Most of them had to find other work during COVID shutdowns. OnlyFans users shot way up as did membership on sugar dating sites. These women had no other way to make money, so they started whoring out their bodies. YouTube exploded with hysterical crying hairdressers and beauticians complaining that they were REALLY going broke.
Their inflated sense of importance is shown in that many of them also call themselves "entrepreneurs" because they "own their own businesses". More often than not, their "businesses" are an 8 by 10 room in their houses with some mirrors, a hairdrying chair, and shelves with beauty products, all of which reek of stale cigarettes. Or, their "businesses" consist of servicing around 30 clients by renting space from more successful salon owners. Even though they live with their husbands, they're barely making any money.
5) Women in the beauty industry have amplified emotional and duplicity tendencies. High school never ended for these women. They turn the emotion, the passive-aggressiveness, and backbiting up to 11 and then rip the knobs off. They live off raw emotion. And man, you have never heard a woman talk shit about other women until you've listened to a hairstylist or nail tech talk shit. These women take "two-faced", "catty", and "backstabbing" to a whole new level. These women will be so nice to their clients' faces and then rip them from stem to stern to the next woman sitting in their chairs. These women have masters degrees in "bitchy gossip" and passive-aggressiveness.
I suspect it's because these women are around other women all the time, all day long. They're not around men. They're not around children. They spend all day every day with other women. The hamsterwheeling, the hypergamy, the female tendency to filter everything through their emotions, the female tendency to perseverate on how they feel about everything - these are all magnified and reinforced in a neverending negative feedback loop because their only significant interactions are with other women.
6) They all have a gay best friend. Almost all of these women work with or know a gay man who works with them. So if you date a beauty industry employee, just know that at some point you'll meet her gay bestie.
The main reason to beware of hairdressers and nail techs? They're cash poor. They want and need your money.
Let's be careful out there.
No one objects to women doing this. No one objects to attractive men knowing this. No one objects to women and attractive men playing the game and knowing how it's played. What everyone hates is "average" men knowing about this. And they REALLY hate it when anyone talks or writes about this.
You're supposed to know all this. But you're not supposed to talk about any of this.
TheBrownChick 2y ago
I've read a few of your pieces. What career or job do you recommend for women? And with what reasoning?
TeddyMGTOW 2y ago
The Asian nail techs have some bank, there's other reasons to avoid them but they aint cash poor.

You are forgetting something. They are all narcissistic they care too much about their looks. To the point where they are caked in makeup.
MrNeurotypical 2y ago
I like to think of it like this: the beauty industry gals are the modeling industry washouts. Both my neice and aunt worked in the beauty industry. My aunt lives in the Canadian version of section 8 housing(always has), single mother, lived with her single mother. Had plenty of opportunities with nice guys but divorced them. Inherited a house but lost it. My neice is a single mother that lives with her single mother alongside her baby daddy and they all got support from my father until he died.
These women get sold a bill of goods not just by feminists, but from the fashion/beauty industry. It starts with the pageant industry when they're young. $5k to participate in a pageant for all the outfits and stage appearances so little 12 year old Pamela can display her cameltoe to Harvey Weinstein. Then they either progress to selling their body full time or they wash out and look for ways to make themselves prettier. The same daddy that paid for the pageant now gets to pay for beauty school. And the rest is history.

What about women in engineering or other STEM fields? I'm studying engineering and think it's really attractive when women have a firm grasp of science and how the world works and can work with complex tools (code, programs, equipment, machines) to solve problems. In my experience they're also super friendly and genuine, independent, and are great team players, especially the ones who are less active on social media. Is this a good place to look?
Ok_Management4634 2y ago
I've found STEM women to have a very high opinion of themselves. Most think they are the smartest person in the world, which gets very annoying. They think they are some kind of a hero for getting a degree in a male dominated field, despite imaginary obstacles. (Reality, they are begging for women to go into STEM, and they get preferential hiring over men, regardless of qualifications).. A lot of them are quite bossy too. That's just my experience, which is kind of limited.. Now, there are some cool ones.. the shy girl that was a nerd all her life and went into STEM.. but those women tend to marry very young and stay married.
MrNeurotypical 2y ago
A woman's career has very little to do with her relationship potential. The more important things are what you mentioned: friendly, genuine, team player.
Rexiconian 2y ago
One of the most annoying things in the world is to be treated disrespectfully by a woman stylist even though I make a lot more at a much younger age than she probably does.

Spent a good amount of time working in a salon. The hours are pretty brutal honestly. Long hours, working through weekends, always having to focus on building clientele and keeping them, for a lot of people the time alone is draining physically, mentally, and spiritually, being couped up inside a salon all day surrounded by constant clutter and noise.
At a minimum pulling 50 hour work weeks just for cosmetic services that need lots of upkeep and maintenance. So much work and meticulous details for so little pay, for work that is ultimately insignificant. It was too much for me and I had to step away from that industry, just wasn’t for me but it definitely taught me a lot about certain things. I’m not saying you won’t meet decent and good people in that industry, it’s just you have to be wary and be mindful who you associate with. There are some decent people there.
vtec__ 2y ago
the beauty industry for females is what construction is for men. its for low lives
Saianna 2y ago
Some of those points are uh.. overly aggresive, almost to the point where you take pleasure in the hate.
Yes, the are poor, uneducated etc etc. When covid hit them, it ruined their already petty lives. yet.. you kinda rub it in, like some sadistic kid with a magnifying glass roasting ants. Just not cool. At very least they do work hard and some of them do have their own businesses. Might not sound much, but it's actually a big change from beying an employee to an employer (even if it's 1man business).
Your dating warning is spot on, nonetheless. Just tone down on the hate, a bit. Lets all be Good Men ;)
edit: about the gossip and shitty attitude behind customers backs.. I think its source comes from realization they won't get anywhere. They will never upgrade their life in any way. The hate they spew is the only way they can relief their frustrations and make their life feel less shitty. If anything it's just pitiful.
[deleted] 2y ago
Easy now on the tone policing. I'm here to warn men and tell it like it is. Sometimes that offends women. I don't really care. What you call "overly aggressive" and "sadistic"; I call a reality check.
Facts are facts whether we like them or not. Facts don't care about our feelings. No one owes us understanding. I don't owe it to women to be nice to them about their stupid decisions and their maltreatment of men. Sugarcoating things and softening language helps no one.
I really don't care how women feel about any of this. I don't care if the tone isn't to some people's liking. I told the unvarnished truth in the hopes it will save some men from unnecessary or injurious entanglements with women like these. I owe no one apologies or explanations for telling the truth.
Saianna 2y ago
I'm not asking you to sugarcoat, nor beat around the bush, or take women feelings into consideration. Just don't hide under "facts are facts" or "truths" the fact you are gleefully describing their poor situation. There are ways to tone down on the acid, while relaying facts and truths.

MentORPHEUS 2y ago
Can confirm all of this from personal experience. The beauty college students I see smoking outside the local adult school in their print scrubs by day look like they're all club thots by night. When I was in my early 30s I had a fling with a much older woman who was going to Esthetician school. I was regaled with many tales of the behavior of the young student body. One funny story from her, the instructor, a snappy black woman, told the class about a full term woman who came in for a Brazilian wax so she'd look good in the delivery room. "...and you could see her kit-kat!" became a funny catch phrase to us. However, like so many women I've watched "go back to school..." she burned through 2 years of tuition and time, graduated, then proceeded to NOT work in that industry! Not much demand in the marketplace, even in Los Angeles, for an entry level Esthetician well into her 40s.
interstatelovedong 2y ago
Working in a nice store and looking/smelling good gives these women an inflated sense of self-worth. Your realities are on point and should be heeded by anyone involved with these women. I speak from experience.
InevitableOwl1 2y ago
Brilliant. Notably the delusions of grandeur from point 3 and all of point 4 (which absolutely cannot be understated and is why women in certain other professions have issues)
Could you expand on point 6? Why is this truly a negative on the level with the other points.
I am sure this is a stupid question with an easy answer
[deleted] 2y ago
I edited the post. Do you mean you want me to expand on "they always have a gay best friend" and why it's a red flag? It isn't, really, except that women's gay best friends in my mind just serve to amplify and reinforce their cattiness and petty bitchiness. (Few people do catty and bitchy better than gay men who work around women all day.)
I used to think the "gay best friend" thing was a movie trope, a plot device in a TV or movie for comic relief or for "needed perspective". It isn't. It's art imitating life. Almost all beauty industry employees have gay best friends.
cryptothrow2 2y ago
Sometimes they are not so gay and sleep with the women
InevitableOwl1 2y ago
Yeah I guess I meant why is it included in with all the other factors that are really obvious negatives
The lack of money thing is a really obvious one when you stop and think. They have to keep up with all their beauty stuff and it is expensive. They also leave and breath superficiality

I can't wait until your future analysis of female pharmaceutical/medical reps. Some of the best looking women I've seen IRL were pharma reps.
[deleted] 2y ago
[deleted]
AmbitiousHornet 2y ago
Nice video pick. The one's I've seen are drop dead gorgeous, tall, and outgoing, which would question me to think that the hiring practices for these women are worse than an average woman would expect applying at Hooters. Pharma gurlz.
[deleted] 2y ago
I don't have a lot of experience with them. These would be women in sales. Women who do rep work for pharma/medical are basically in sales.
My main take on women in sales is that they're LARPing as men. If you're a go-getter, and you have drive and ambition, and you're good at sales, you can make a LOT of money, whether you're male or female. Women in sales usually fit that description - they're hungry, they're ambitious, they're good with people, and they're natural salespeople. To be that way, they have to compete- HARD. Women in sales usually have their dicks out and are competing hard with men. They are the "Annie Get Your Gun" of women: "Anything you can do, I can do better; I can do anything better than you." Women like this are a FUCKING PAIN IN THE ASS and are to be avoided at all costs.
Also goes for women in other male dominated professions: Medicine, law, high level finance, academia (but this last one is changing). Women in these professions have no choice but to get their dicks out and compete with men. Roissy called these women "lawyercunts" and this is why - relentlessly competing with men. Men don't want to compete with women. When men compete with each other we figuratively and sometimes literally bash each other's teeth in. We men do what's gotta be done in competition and that means we kick the shit out of each other. Men do not want to do this to women.
[deleted] 2y ago
Female lawyers are the worst. There are two types: 1) the naive " I want to change the world and make it a better place people" who burn out within 5 years and can't deal with the reality check; 2) the hypercompetitve ball crushers who are worse then the men. Category 2 is the only group that really "makes it" in the legal profession, especially at law firms. They share some very common characteristics:
InevitableOwl1 2y ago
On high level finance - There is a lady at my gym who seems to be quite senior at a bank. She does not give off a shred of femininity
She has been married for nearly 15 years but no kids
She once commented on how annoyed she was that her in laws didn’t notice all the weight she lost last time they saw her. I can’t help but think that is because she is kind of being judged as if she were a man - at her own choice. She chose to seek the money and not the family.
She is overweight and has a heavy build so it is also not surprising that weight loss wasn’t noticed on and also not worth a compliment as she is still big
She also once commented on how she is the go to person on “managing out” people. Basically an absolute nightmare to work with and for who the people senior to her allocate the people they need to get rid of but can’t easily fire
Who would want someone like that ?
[deleted] 2y ago
So she is the company battle-axe. Uncaring, unfeeling tool of upper management who exists solely to ruin other people's lives and ensure there is no discrimination lawsuit that follows.

I have some real horror stories about some of the wives of junior enlistedmen.
Goldmansachs3030 2y ago
When will you post them?
[deleted] 2y ago
Oooh. You or u/typo-magashiv should write it.
Are you talking about military wives/women married to or involved with men in the military? Or are you talking about women enlisted in/commissioned in the military? Because I hear that's two different things.
Here's what I've heard:
Military wives/paramours: Hypergamous to the max, promiscuous, cheat with other men in the military (and sometimes with Jody) to beat the band. Have ridiculous "frame" requirements because they are accustomed to being around and having sex with hypermasculine men.
I have heard this many times - advice to enlisted men to never, ever get married or have any serious romantic involvements during their enlistments. "If you're a married enlisted man, just presume your wife is cheating on you, especially during deployments. Just get divorced because that's what will happen eventually anyway. If you're unmarried but involved with a woman and you're going on deployment, break up with her before you go. If you do not, expect a 'Dear John' letter (or a 'Dear Braden' text/email) or to hear that she's cheating on you."
Enlisted/commissioned women: Got their dicks out to compete; but at the same time use feminine wiles to manipulate or go "dont hit me I'm a girl!" If they have to sleep their way to advancement, they'll do it. Constantly demand relaxation of military standards of performance or strength so women can meet requirements for advancement, posts, and assignments. Constantly demand that the organization change to serve them and be "kinder and gentler."
cryptothrow2 2y ago
Female soldiers are often selling sex on deployment. You can look it up

r/aldabruzzo started the series, and my observations don't really fit the format he's using, so I thought it best to just provide my observations. Anyway, I'm literally married to an officer's wife, and I know several military and former military guys who are in stable, long-term marriages, so it would be difficult for me to move the ball down the field in the direction he's going.
Guys with Sub-type 1b2 wives usually do just fine... it's just very difficult to find - and identify - women who are going to be in that group after the wedding.
Also, I'm not sure I covered everything adequately: some of the stable marriages I've seen include women I would not consider even remotely marriageable, but the guys beat the odds (some n>20 women actually stay faithful... it is just very risky to bet on it).

Oh, well, Ms Lozano. Guess it would have been a good idea to, oh, I don't know... not let your baby daddy knock you up. You should have gone to school before you let a guy knock you up. You should have picked a higher paying profession. You should have gotten more training. You should have done better.
You should have used birth control. You should have gotten an abortion. you should have married the baby daddy. You should have put the kid up for adoption.
You should have sought more help from your parents for your schooling.

This is objectively true. I have never met a woman in the beauty industry who is successful. I don't know why that is, because I spend 0 time in salons and I get my haircut at barbershops. But, all the women I know who work in beauty are working poor and will always stay that way.

What is FTO? Full time occupation?
I must have missed the crying hairdresser videos. Albeit I didn’t look for them but would have expected some kind of link through the red pill stuff
I did not miss the surge in girls on apps with OF and joining the sugar sites. I even joined one myself to check it out and there were 1 or 2 hairdressers who really started to hassle me to buy pics and videos. It was super weird one claimed to be a hairdresser but she messaged saying she had a friend she could make videos with ready to go (during covid). So she went both feet into the cam girl stuff clearly
[deleted] 2y ago
FTO = Future Time Orientation.
This is higher thinking, prefrontal cortex thinking. It's what psychologists and neuropsychiatrists call "executive function".
FTO is developed in the teen years, where people prioritize, make life goals and plans, and then devise plans and methods to achieve those goals. It's long range planning, one year, 5, 10, 20 years into the future. You decide "what you want to be when you grow up". You figure out how you're going to get there. You decide whether you want marriage and kids. You figure out how you will get there. You decide where you want to go to college or what kind of job within your field that you want, and you make plans on how to get that job. People at age 50 with FTO think about what retirement will look like and how that will get there. People with FTO figure out what kind of lifestyles they want to lead, and then devise plans on how to achieve it.
People with low FTO can't or don't plan beyond the next paycheck. They can't see more than 2 weeks into the future. All they think about is where the party will be on Friday night, and what hot guys will blow their backs out on Saturday.
Life just takes low FTO people wherever it will. Low FTO people don't control their lives; their lives and other people control them. Low FTO people are impulsive and hyperemotional.

I've known a ton of hair dressers and the like over the years, since I worked for a time as product development chemist in the cosmetics industry.
Yes, I'd say this is all true, in the vast majority of cases. Yes, occasionally there's a trust fund baby or the like in there, that is doing it as a lark. But yes, for the rest, it's all real.

Often times women who are so into “maximizing” their SMV are the ones who live with $0 in their bank account. I noticed since working retail decades ago, all the “hot women” have nothing to live for, nothing to live on, and nothing to live with. They are the vile creatures who pray on simps to back them up financially. The amount of women I’ve seen with their accounts in the negatives, cars are repossessed, and they think the shining start at the end of the road is a simp who is going to save them. It’s a pretty sad reality, but that’s the world they live in.

[deleted] 2y ago
The best quote to reference this is, “misery loves company”, women do not want a do it all great man, they only want men who are equally pieces of shit as they are. They want someone worse off so they can seem like they are better off when both parties are useless human beings that contribute nothing to society. It’s all mental gymnastics. Once I got older, I realized all the “pretty girls” in high school, once their looks faded and they finished whoring themselves out to nobodies, they were always in the same boat are the bums they slept with.
[deleted] 2y ago
This is a good point. Most women who max out their SMVs make next to nothing, or live with husbands who support them. They complain about money, but always seem to have enough money to enhance their appearances.
Trouble making the rent or groceries, but can always afford
--$200 for hair
--$150 for mani/pedi
--$50 gym membership
--$50 for fake lashes
--$150 for hair extensions
--$100 for waxing
--$50/month tanning
--$300 here and there for high end cosmetics (Lancome, Elizabeth Arden, Chanel, Gucci, Tom Ford, Armani - none of this Maybelline or Cover Girl shit)
--$200-$800 for accessories (the ubiquitous Louis Vuitton handbag)
(I just looked up Louis Vuitton handbags - these things fucking START at $800 and go up to $3000. I suppose around $500 or $600 might get you a USED LV bag.)
--$100-$300 for new tattoos
Women are fucking ridiculous, the shit they waste money on.

I have a real life example line by line of this from a colleague who married one such woman working in the industry, and oh man I wouldn't swap places with him for any reason.
The wife is still chasing the dream despite being 35 yo and wasting thousands (earned over months from the husband of course) to jumpstart Ill-thought and stillborn businesses, all the while overworking herself to earn a couple hundreds at best in a month.
Of course I'm not saying anything to my blue pilled colleague but literally he just spent the better part of his life financing a dead weight (who lives in a house bought by him of course).
They say that a lot of marriages end cause of financial reasons, well for one i wouldn't even entertain the idea of sharing my hard earned cash with a woman who's playing fantasy fashion stylist.
Blackbarnabyjones 2y ago
Dang.
whyserenity 2y ago
You say that but the majority of women that work are playing fantasy worker bee, as they don’t earn enough money to pay for day care, the car and insurance, and the other incidentals that people who have actual jobs pay every day. Any couple where the woman earns less than 60k a year that still has younger children in day care every day usually would be better off with the woman being a stay at home mom. Child care is becoming absurdly expensive.
InevitableOwl1 2y ago
This happened to my work colleague. His wife did stay home.
But when he had to feed four people, pay off a house and run two cars on his solo salary he got stretched very thin
It was crazy how limited his budget seemed last time I spoke to him
Ok_Management4634 2y ago
yep, inflation, child care costs, housing/rent costs, and property taxes have killed "The American Dream".. very stressful and difficult to pull off the kind of life your friend is trying to do.
[deleted] 2y ago
All divorces are because the wife is not sexually attracted to the husband. She either never really was attracted to him; or used to be attracted to him and now no longer is. "Financial reasons" and all other proffered reasons for divorce are euphemisms for "I just don't want to fuck him anymore, assuming I ever did want to fuck him in the first place."
With every marriage, when you drill down deep enough, you always find out that the reason the marriage is ending is because she never really wanted to fuck him, or she doesn't want to fuck him anymore.
RuskinBondFan 2y ago
Based
OhBarnacles_007 2y ago
Women aren't attracted to men like men are to women. It's all about feelings. She feels in love with him and that changes on a whim the second they feel bored or he says the wrong thing. This is partly why older cultures and religions made it harder for women to just up and divorce. That's why you see women cutting holes in their pants to fuck prisoners, fucking their students to feel young and cool again, that's why you see them making bad decisions because none of what they do is based on logic. Not many women these days are able to handle their own emotions.
Many of these marriages things end because women think they can get something better and lets be honest women are incentivized to get divorced. Socially they will be supported and protected, legally they will get money, assets, kids, and payments, and personally they will start dating again. What women don't realize, they lose in the long run. Women used to bring a lot to the table in marriage, now they just bring baggage and demands.

I read those studies. But I also read a bigger study done explicitly to test that, and it came up negative. So it's hard to say.

Your first paragraph rings true with me. My wife is 46 and I still almost have to peel her off of me, she wants so much sex. More than I'm able to give. I thought womens libidos died off in the 40s but this woman clearly isn't ready to stop any time soon. If you're right about the sexual attraction, I guess I'll never have to fear a divorce.
Vikingbeard1 2y ago
No, it's MEN'S libidos that are supposed to die off in the 40's; women supposedly just get hornier at middle age.

Well I just reported what headlines and some people say, my take on this is very similar to yours, imo "financial issues" is a blurry way of truly saying "the moment money drained, so did her token sex handouts, cause she never really was attracted to him".
Not even last week there was a woman online saying she wanted to leave everything and go live with handsome Chad in his beachside broken roulotte cause she was madly "in love" (with the tingles), now take average Bob and shove him in the same beachside nigh-homeless "house", I bet the outcome wouldn't be the same just like the description, from "spartan minimalistic wild and free alcove" to "eeeewwwww, creep, I bet he kills people there".

A fact that women either don't understand or willingly ignore is that "no fucks given mode" is actually a sign of how much Chad cares about X woman, who somehow feels betrayed and shocked when someone who never gave a fuck actually ups and nexts them.
A wymyn i was with was outraged that after a quickie one nighter I didn't contact her again, despite having the tingles for my aloof and uncaring towards her attitude (which surprise, means I didn't actually care about her).
That said, being in idgaf mode all the time is exhausting and draining, so I'd rather get a girl who I care about, too bad they seem to associate caring with beta orbiting,so it's a lose-lose situation for us men.

Apparently all the women I've dated have been in the beauty industry.

I know women like this. Some live near me. One gal uses part of the first floor of their house for their business. The husband owns the place. With his brother they are successful "handymen" doing independent contract construction and apparently do well for themselves. You could have looked at them and wrote this. Other girls I went to high school with years ago I know fit this to a tee. Thanks for writing this all out and explaining it so well. Posts from yesterday and today should be stickied. I am also one generation removed from being white trash, saved only by God Himself.

Holy shit….Another post that I couldn’t agree more with.
(Long Reply)
I have plenty of experience with the types of people who work in the cosmetic industry….and judging by said experience, this article couldn’t be more spot on….
-When I was younger, my mom used to take me to this alcoholic redneck woman who was completely out of touch with reality….All she ever did was complain about her lack of income and how useless her contractor husband was.
-Eventually, I decided to go elsewhere because she sucked at cutting men’s hair and I was beyond sick of getting hit on by all the gay men there (I have nothing against gay people, but would rather not spend my appointment getting hit on by other men)
-My 6’3”, 8/10 roommate in college dated and later married a drop dead gorgeous girl (blonde, 5’1”, hourglass body with HUGE tits etc…) who dropped out of college her Jr year to pursue a career in cosmetology….Now he works 2 jobs to support his three kids while she works part time at the local beauty parlor (and she’s cheated on him with at least 4 different clients according to him.)
-In 2018, I started getting Keratin treatments because I have a HIDEOUS jewfro and look like an alien with a shaved head, so now I am required to go to a beauty salon instead of a simple barber shop….and have witnessed literally every single stereotype that you have pointed out in the above article…
-The first woman I went to was this 50+ year old alcoholic, over the hill “wine mom” stereotype married to a clearly gay man (for his money) with 6 kids from 4 OTHER guys…..I had all of 4 appointments there before she refused to see me anymore because “I stare at her and make her uncomfortable”……Nope, I’m just short and ugly so she needed a reason to get rid of me as a client.
-Nowadays I use a different salon, but it’s still FULL of 35-48 year old women who were probably prom queens in HS, but nowadays have been reduced to pathetic wine moms struggling to pay for their multiple children from multiple different guys…
-The woman I see now is honestly GORGEOUS (she’s even shorter than me in heels which is a true rarity) but once again….36 with 3 kids from two different guys (first of which she had @ 19)
-All she does is bitch about her money problems and ask me why I’m single just to make conversation…Then she usually “remembers” it’s because I’m short and reminds me that her current boyfriend is 6’6”…..However she still lives with her ex husband because she “can’t afford rent” and according to her: “He will always be responsible for her” because she “let him” have kids with her.
Any man would indeed do well to steer clear of the women in the cosmetology field.

Great Beard of Zeus!! I knew things were bad out there, but I had no idea.

Thank you, sir. It's not just what I see - it's what other men report...
You raised a good point I had forgotten. Because these women spend so much time and money on their appearances, they're better looking than most other women, and they use their looks to attract higher status men for sex. They have the pornstar makeup look, hair extensions, fake lashes, year round tans, hair always done.
These women always fall prey to the usual. They attracted Mr. Hot Guy for sex, and think they can keep Mr. Hot Guy for commitment. They can't, because the only things most of these women have to offer are good looks and a vagina to masturbate into. As Kevin Samuels tells these women, these guys will kick it with them. They'll have sex with them. But they will not commit to or marry these women.
GoodApollo506 2y ago
A woman’s body is truly her only currency and most guys have zero use for her outside of sex….
Why the fuck would I (or any self respecting guy for that matter) want anything other than a quick blowjob or something from an alcoholic 36 year old with 3 kids from multiple other guys?

Thank you! Would love to see an assessment of teachers.
[deleted] 2y ago
teachers are controversial - most people don't agree with me on teacher sluttiness
1) It's because they meet the attractive fathers
2) It's because they're so "nurturing and caring"
3) Female high school teachers can be susceptible to sleeping with male students because they're around young men in their late teens - literally "young, dumb, and full of cum"

Teachers are the largest group of martyrs in America. And you are not allowed to criticize them either.
five_eight 2y ago
All true. But the domineering/bullying, arrogance, entitlement, favoritism, etc. Well, I just haven't met very many who I much care for.

Sexuality is a woman's power so it makes sense about their ego

I'm just going to say that I have a friend who is in this field, and while she is rather attractive, based on this information, I definitely will try and steer clear of dating her

These are really good. How many do you have lined up ?
[deleted] 2y ago
I don't know. There will be one on sex workers. There will be one on women in healthcare (mostly "nurses").
MrNeurotypical 2y ago
I'm looking forward to the sex workers. I dated a prostitute for a year
